Ich suche ab 01.07.2019 für meine Wohnung im 2. Bezirk noch eine/-n ordnungsliebende/n Mitbewohner/In (zwischen 19-28 Jahre und vorzugsweise auch Studierende), der die komplett neu renovierte Altbauwohnung genauso schätzt wie ich.
Die Zimmer sind zentral begehbar.
Ein Zimmer hat ca. 23 qm - das andere 25 qm. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 67,05 qm.
Die Küche ist separat. Bad und Toilette sind ebenfalls getrennt.
In dem großen Vorraum wird ein Gemeinschaftsraum entstehen.
In 3 Gehminuten erreicht man auch die U1 Nestroyplatz.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Urania und Nestroyplatz.
Der Donaukanal liegt somit mehr oder weniger vor der Haustür, dennoch ist es sehr ruhig da sich die Wohnung in einer Seitengasse befindet.
Du würdest dann mit mir, Christina, 22 Jahre, Studentin, zusammen leben.
Die Miete liegt für die gesamte Wohnung bei 831,96€.
Zuzüglich kommen dann noch die Heizkosten (Gas- Etagenheizung) sowie Strom.
Die Wohnung ist Provisionsfrei und für dich wäre somit nur eine Kaution von ca. 1.247,94 Euro zu zahlen.
