Hallo liebe/r Wohnungsuchende/r!
Da ich über den Sommer in Berlin ein Praktikum absolvieren werde und demnach über einen längeren Zeitraum nicht in Wien bin, suche ich ab Juli bis mitte/ende des September eine/n ZwischenmieterIn für mein WG-Zimmer.
Das voll möblierte helle 17m2 Zimmer in unserer schönen , vollmöblierten und ausgestatteten Vierzimmer Wohnung(118m2 , 4 Schlafzimmer, 1 Küche, Bad, sep.WC) für 4er WG wird frei. Es ist ausgestattet mit Schrankregal, Schreibtisch, Schlafsofa und einem 140cm Bett mit Zubehör. Der sanierte Altbau hat hohe Decken und einen Parkettboden. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, inklusive Spülmaschine. Waschmaschine, Geschirr, Handtücher ,alles da.

Since I am going to do an internship in Berlin over the summer and therefore am not in Vienna for a longer period of time, I am looking for a short-term tenant for my shared room from July until the middle/end of September.
The fully furnished bright 17m2 room in our beautiful, fully furnished and equipped four-room apartment (118m2, 4 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, bathroom, sep.WC) for 4er WG is free. It is equipped with cabinet shelf, desk, sofa bed and a 140cm bed with accessories. The renovated old building has high ceilings and a parquet floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including dishwasher. Washing machine, dishes, towels, everything there.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Heinesstrasse/Taborstrasse Station mit dem Strassenbahn 2. Die U2-Station Taborstrasse ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich weiters die U1-Station Praterstern sowie diverse Geschäfte wie Hofer, Billa, Penny, Bipa, Apotheke und ein türkische Supermarkt, das jeden Tag offen ist!
Wiens Innenstadt ist mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie kleine Bars und Restaurants befinden sich direkt um die Ecke.
Vienna's city center with its sights can be reached within a few minutes on foot. Numerous shops as well as small bars and restaurants are just around the corner.
The apartment is located directly at the Heinesstrasse / Taborstrasse station with the tram 2. The U2 station Taborstrasse is within 5 minutes walking distance. In the immediate vicinity is also the U1 station Praterstern and various shops such as Hofer, Billa, Penny, Bipa, pharmacy and a Turkish supermarket, which is open every day!
Du würdest mit Damla (Politikwissenschaft), Naz (Wirtschaftsrecht), Binay (BWL) und unserer WG Katze: Pablo 😸 zusammen wohnen, die eher ruhig sind, aber sehr rücksichtsvoll und gesprächig, wenn du ihr in der Wohnung über den Weg läufst.
Die 350 € beinhalten die Miete inklusive den Betriebskosten, Strom, Gas, Internet.
Falls du an dem Zimmer interessiert bist, jedoch nur für einen kürzeren Zeitraum, dann schreib mir trotzdem gerne einmal, vielleicht finden wir ja eine Lösung :)

The 350 € include the rent including evertyhing; the running costs, electricity, gas, internet...
If you are interested in the room, but only for a shorter period, then write me anyway, maybe we will find a solution :) Everybody is welcome!
