Es gibt ein Zimmer zu vermieten in einer 3er-WG ab sofort bis Ende September 2019. Das Zimmer ist 10m2 groß (+ 5m2 Gemeinschaftsfläche). Die Wohnung ist innenhofseitig gelegen, uns somit sehr ruhig. In der Wohnung/Zimmer ist schon alles vorhanden was man zum Leben braucht (neues Bett, Schreibtisch, Kasten, Couch, vollausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, etc.). Die Zimmer sind getrennt begehbar und isoliert. Die Wohnung und Zimmer wurden vor einem Jahr gerade erst renoviert. Der Gemeinschaftsraum ist die Küche. Dort kann man mal gemeinsam kochen, quatschen oder auch nicht. Die Miete ist warm, das heißt Wasser, Strom, Gas, Internet sind im Preis schon enthalten, versteht sich unter sorgsamen Verbrauch. Die Anzeige ist an ruhige, ordentliche und zuverlässige Personen gerichtet und für eine Person gedacht.
Parties und Dauerbesuche sind nicht willkommen, sollte eine ruhige WG sein. Dafür gibts genug Möglichkeiten in der Stadt auszugehen.

Hi everybody,
I have a free room for renting out in my 3-room flat share from now until end of September preferably to a nice, tidy and quiet person. The room is 10m2 (+ 5m2 common places). The room and the apartment is fully furnished, so you can just bring your personal things. The rooms are separated and isolated. The apartment was just renovated a year ago. The apartment is located in the second staircase with an garden so it is very quiet. The Danube is across the street, supermarkets and drug stores 2 min. away and the metro is in 5 min. walk. The city center can be reached with the metro in three stations and the UN is two stations away. The price is all inclusive incl. internet and under normal use of water and electricity.
Further to notice, the room is thought only for one person and it is not wished to make parties or be loud in the apartment.

Die Altbauwohnung befindet sich 7 Minuten von der U-Bahn-Station Vorgartenstraße entfernt und gleich gegenüber der wunderbaren Donau, wo man schön spazieren gehen kann. Die Uni Wien ist ca. 20 min. entfernt, die neue WU 10 min. Supermärkte gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zur Innenstadt sind es 15 Minuten.
The danube is across the street, supermarkets and drug stores 2 min. away and the metro is in 7 min. walk. The city center can be reached in 15 min. with the metro and the UN is two stations away.
Die WG ist eine Zweck-WG. In der Wohnung werden keine Parties gefeiert. Sollte eine ruhige Wohngemeinschaft sein wo sich jeder zurückziehen kann. Das Zimmer ist für eine Person gedacht.
The flat share is for purpose, everyone has his own life. If we have time of course we can have a chat or coffee together but it is not a must. Further to notice, the room is thought only for one person and there is not allowed to make parties or noisy in the apartment.
Die Dusche und Waschbecken befinden sich im Vorzimmer. Es gibt aber einen Duschvorhang so dass es kein Poblem darstellen sollte seine Privatsphäre zu haben. Hat bis jetzt immer geklappt. Klo ist getrennt.
The shower and lavatory is in the anteroom. This is typical in old buildings. However, there is a shower curtain, so far it worked out very well. The toilette is separate of course.
