Looking for a room mate (female) for a beautiful four-bedroom apartment (103 m²) near the Augarten, where I am living together with my daughters (14) and (17) as well as two cats.
The room (10 m2) is equipped with a loft bed, an office desk, shelves, a closet and a dresser and has a view of a lovely green courtyard.
The apartment is situated in a charming building from the 1900s in walking distance to the city center (15-20 min). It has high ceilings, hardwood floors, a well-appointed kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area, a large living room,
four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets and a washing machine.
Costs: 330 € all inclusive (Betriebskosten, power, gas, water, heating, internet)
I am historian (45) and welcoming also room mates with international backgrounds :)

Suche Mitbewohnerin für meine 103 m2 große Altbauwohnung in Augartennähe, die ich gemeinsam mit meinen Töchtern (14) und (17) und zwei Katzen bewohne.
Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß (10 m2) / dafür aber mit einem Hochbett, einem Schreibtisch, Regalen, einer Kommode und einem Kasten ausgestattet / mit Blick auf einen begrünten Innenhof.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Wohnküche (inkl. Geschirrspüler), einen großzügigen Vorraum, ein Wohnzimmer, vier Zimmer, zwei Bäder (einmal mit Dusche + einmal mit Badewanne), zwei WCs und einer
Waschmaschine.
Kosten: 330 Euro all inkl. (Betriebskosten, Strom, Gas, Wasser, Heizung, Internet)
Ich bin Historikerin (45) und freue mich auch über Mitbewohnerinnen mit internationalem Background :)
