As I will leave the WG life to move in with my girlfriend, my room becomes available from 15/2 for long term rental only.
The room is around 12m2 big and is on the 1st floor of our +-70m2 apartment. Your room has a window facing a quiet courtyard with a couple of trees. The sun shines directly inside in the afternoon, but in summer it stays cool in the apartment. Your future room is adjacent to the kitchen and bathroom, the hallway is between this and the other rooms.
I will take all furniture in the pictures except the mattress and the slatted frame, which I would love to sell for a fair price, and the drawer under my coat hanger which you can use.
About the flat:
- Fully equipped kitchen with modern stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, etc.
- Bathroom with (shower-)bathtub and washing machine
- Large (+-7m2) cellar compartment for storage of suitcases or whatever
Near Einsiedlerplatz and Am Hundsturm, 1050 Margareten on a quiet one-way street.
All forms of Public transport are close by:

Tim (26) studies Applied Economics at the University of Vienna, likes to cook & bake, goes swimming regularly, does yoga and is very often at the opera.
Pierre is currently doing his postdoc in Mathematics and computer learning until November, after which he’ll leave for france and also also likes opera.
