We (Evi & Kristina) we are looking for a new flatmate for our cosy apartment. The apartment is in a very convenient location in Vienna's 5th district, close to Badner Bahn, tram 1 & 62, bus 13A (walking 3 mins) and U4 Kettenbrueckengasse/Pilgramgasse (6-8min) & U1 Taubstummengasse (8 mins). Karlsplatz is only a 10min walk and Naschmarkt 6min away!
The room is about 18 m2 and partially furnished with a bed, desk and a closet (see pics).
No additional costs for the furniture. Room is facing the street with new big windows therefore quite bright.
Our new roommate is preferably female, has a job and likes cleaning 😀, and most importantly used to living with others 🙂
The room is available from August 1st but it is possible to move in mid July as well if you need to move in earlier (for half month's rent).

We are both working in marketing :) We have high respect and tolerance to each other and look for the roommate who is the same. We try not to be loud after 22/23h, and keep the common areas clean.
Our new roommate is preferably female, should be working and likes cleaning and is clean :D, and most importantly used to living with others :)
