Da meine Mitbewohnerin aus unserer WG auszieht, suche ich nun ein neues, nettes Mädel,
das sich unsere gemütliche Wohnung mit mir teilen möchte ?
(Anmerkung: Die Bedingung, dass das Zimmer nur an Mädchen vergeben wird, habe nicht ich, sondern der Vermieter so festgelegt - sorry guys!)
Dein Zimmer ist zwar kleiner, aber es hat eine ruhige Innenhoflage und aufgrund der Deckenhöhe lässt sich auch einfach ein Hochbett einbauen.
Ich bin aus Russland, spreche aber neben russisch auch deutsch und englisch.
Ich würde mich freuen, wenn du auch an einem freundschaftlichen Zusammenwohnen interessiert wärst, da ich an keiner reinen Zweck-WG interessiert bin. Für gemeinsame Unternehmungen, ab und zu Ausgehen, zusammen kochen und ab und an mal ein Gläschen Wein bin ich immer zu haben ?
Offenheit und Rücksichtnahme sind neben Sauberkeit natürlich auch Kriterien, auf die wir Wert legen.
Wenn du ein Mädchen, zwischen 20 und 29 Jahre alt bist und ein WG Zimmer für mindestens ein Jahr suchst, bist du hier herzlich willkommen.
Perfekte Anbindung: S Bahn Station ein paar hundert Meter weiter, Busse 12A und 14A direkt vor der Haustüre, Bims 1, 18, 62 und 6 in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Busse 12A und 14A fahren direkt zu Pilgramgasse U4 bzw. zur Neubaugasse U3. S Bahnen fahren direkt zur Landstraße und Praterstern.
Mit der Bim 6 und 18 kommt man direkt zum Westbahnhof.

Hello all!
My flatmate is moving out and I am looking for a new, friendly girl to share our cozy little apartment with. (Important side note: the clause which states that room can only be rented to a girl has not been put into place by me personally (but rather by the owner of the flat), so I am sorry boys!!)
Your room will be a little smaller than mine, but it looks out into a quite inner courtyard and, due to the high ceilings in the flat, you have the option of installing a bunk bed.
About me: I was born in Russia, but grew up in Cyprus. I am in my fourth semester at the main university, studying mass media and communication science. I speak russian, german and english fluently.
Our apartment is more than just that - I am looking for someone I could be friends with and with whom I could harmoniously co-exist ahahah :)

Concerning the public transport: the bus stops for the 14a and 12a buses are in the direct vicinity of the apartment block, the trams 1, 18, 62 and 6 are only a couple hundred meters away. The 12a and 14a buses will take you straight to the U4 station Pilgramgasse or U3 station Neubaugasse. The S Bahns have a direct connection with Landstraße and Praterstern.
