Da ich Im SS auf Erasmus gehen werde, wollen wir ein Zimmer in unserer Wohnung untervermieten :)
Because I'm going away for the summer semester we will subrent one room in our appartment-
The apartment is completely furnished and has everything from towels to a kitchenaid to make your stay as easy as possible.
Sie befindet sich zentral in Wien 5.Bezirk und hat gute Anbindung an die U-Bahn Linien U4 Kettenbrückengasse(5 min) und U1 Karlsplatz(15min) so wie den Buslinen 12a,13a,14a und 59a. Aber auch zu Fuß und mit dem Rad lässt sich der 1. Bezirk und Attraktionen wie der Nachmarkt, die Karlskirche, oder Schloss Belvedere schnell erreichen.
Auch die TU ist sehr nah
It is situated in centrally in Vienna’s 5.District and has good connections to public transport: Subway-Stations U4 Kettenbrückengasse and U1 Karlsplatz as well as the Bus lines 12a, 13a, 14a and 59a. One can also reach attractions like the Naschmarket, the 1.District or Schloss Belvedere on foot or by bike. Also TU is very close.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer und du würdest gemeinsam mit Felix leben. Er ist 26, Student und extrem unkompliziert. Bei einem Bierchen am Abend oder einem Ausflug zur Donau ist er immer dabei!
Sonst lässt er es eher gemütlich angehen und hat auch einiges für die Uni zu tun weswegen du zum party machen lieber wo anders hingehen solltest ;)
Besuch ist natürlich gar kein problem.
The flat has 2 rooms and you would live together with my boyfriend Felix. He is very easy-going and in for a lot of activities. As he also has a lot of work to do you should go somewhere else to party :) (shouldn't be a problem in Vienna). Of course visitors are always welcome
Wie Wohnung ist voll möbliert und mit allem, was man für's Leben braucht versorgt(Handtücher bis Kitchenaid). Da die Wohnung sich im Innenhof befindet bekommt man nichts vom Straßenlärm mit.
