26 m² großes Zimmer, voll möbliert mit einem sehr großen gemütlichen Bett in einem wunderschönen Altbau mit sehr hohen Decken. Das Zimmer hat zwei großen Fenster. Das Zimmer kann weitgehend möbliert (Bilden sind dabei) übernommen werden, Ablöse maximal 80,- €. Das Zimmer ist ab 20 Januar 2018 frei, es kann aber auch spätens am 01.Februar bezogen werden. Die WG besteht aus 3 Einzelzimmern, einer Gemeinschaftsküche, Bad und Toilette (siehe Bilder).
The room is about 26 m^2 big, is fully furnished with a nice castle bed ("Hochbett"), it has as well, as you can see from the pictures,a desk corner and a leaving room corner. The room has one big window and it is incredible quite. About furniture, the room is partially furnished: the castle bed is fixed, the wardrobe will stay there, the library can be overtaken with a small price by the guy leaving the room.
The room is available from the the 15th of July, optionally from the 1st o July.
Die Lage ist einfach super genial im wunderschönen Freihausviertel im 4. Bezirk. Die WG ist in der Margaretenstraße, hier gibt es unzählige Bars und Restaurants. Eine Veganista-Eisdiele und eine italienische Pizzeria ist direkt nebenan. Der Naschmarkt ist nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Karlsplatz und TU sind 7-8 Minuten entfernt. Super Verkehrsanbindung U4 (Kettenbrückengasse) - U1-U2 (Karlsplatz) - Bus 13A - Straßenbahn 1-62- Badnerbahn
"Freihausviertel" many Bars and Restaurant, Naschmarkt is 4 minutes by walk reachable, Karlsplatz in 7-8 minutes. TU-Wien as well.

Deine neuen Mitbewohner werden sein:
- Ignaz aus München, wohnt seit knapp 1 Jahr in Wien und studiert an der FH Immobilienmanagement. Er ist sehr ruhig und nett und macht gerne Sport und kocht gerne.

Bitte schicke uns eine kurze Beschreibung von dir und was du im wunderschönen Wien machst. Es wäre nett, wenn du eine Zeit angeben kannst, wann du für eine WG-Besichtigung Zeit hättest. Gib bitte deine Handynummer mit an oder eine E-Mail-Adresse damit wir dich erreichen können. Besichtigungen sind ab Abends 18Uhr möglich, oder sonst nach Absprache.
Raucher und Haustiere sind strikt verboten! Wir suchen nach einem netten und ordentlichen neuen Mitbewohner/in. Sehr gerne würden wir eine Frau als Mitbewohnerin haben. Männer dürfen sich aber auch gerne bewerben.
