Das Zimmer ist eins von 3 Schlafzimmern, ca. 20 m2 groß und voll möbliert: Ein 1,40m Bett mit einer neuen und dadurch unglaublich bequemen Matratze, ein antiker Schreibtisch, ein antiker Nachtisch, Regal, naturholz-Kleiderstange, Musikanlage und 2 große Fenster bieten Raum zum entspannen, arbeiten, sich zurückziehen, und Freunde einladen!
----Das Zimmer ist einzeln/getrennt begehbar! ---
Weiterhin haben wir ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Beamer für entspannte Filmabende und ein luxuriöses- beinahe Griechisches- Bad mit großer Badewanne!

The room is one of three bedrooms, about 20m2 big and fully furnished: a 1,40m bed with a new and by that i mean extremly comfy mattress, 2 antique tables, 2 big windows, clothes rail, shelf and some charming plants are offering much room to relax, study, work and to invite friends! The room can be entered separately from the hallway (you don't need to walk through another one's room, as it is often the case in Vienna).
Furthermore, our flat has a spacious, cozy living room with a projector to watch movies at night, and we are the proud-well not owners- but "renters" of an almost "greek" bath tub in our bathroom!
Der fünfte Bezirk! Wenn man ihn nicht kennt, muss man ihn kennen lernen- in seiner bunten Vielfalt von traditionell (jeglicher Kultur) über hip ist eigentlich alles dabei, und genau das macht ihn so anziehend und authentisch. Von hier ist man schnell beim Naschmarkt und in den noch hipperen Bezirken (7., 8., ...).
Was die Anbindung betrifft:
Die 14a hält quasi direkt am Haus und die 59a ist auch direkt um die Ecke.
Zum 1. Bezirk braucht man mit dem Fahrrad keine 15 Minuten, mit Bus und Bahn ca. 25 Minuten.
Trotz Nähe zur Reinprechtsdorfer Straße, ist die Gegend absolut ruhig- man kann z.B. ohne Probleme bei offenem Fenster schlafen.
An Supermärkten gibt's hier alles was Wien so zu bieten hat (Billa, Hofer, Lidl, etc.) in 1-5 Minute Gehweg- und praktischerweise auch einen kleinen Laden um die Ecke, der sogar Sonntags geöffnet hat ;).

Oh, the fifth! If you don't know the district yet, you should get to know it- with all its colorful variety from traditional (of any culture) to hip- it's got everything, and that's what makes it so attractive and authentic. From here, you're fast at the Naschmarkt and in the- so they say- even "hipper" districts (4th, 6th, 7th, 8th...)
About the connection: The 14a stops almost in front of the door, and the 59a is also only a corner away.
Getting to the 1st district will take you by bike no more than 15 and by bus/tram no more than 25 minutes.
Although, being close to the Reinprechtsdorfer Straße, the location of the flat is absolutely calm- you can easily sleep with having your window open all night.
Being in a central district of a big city, you'll of course also find any kind of supermarket within less than 5 minutes walking distance- and! we even have a small shop around the corner which also open on Sunday ;)
Das Wg-Leben ist, wie das mit den Semesterferien so ist, im Februar etwas anders:
Wir sind normalerweise eine 3-er Wg, aber alle fast den ganzen Februar unterwegs. Die Wohnung würdest du dir also mit 1-2 lieben Menschen teilen, die alle nur für den einen Monat da sind. Ob du dir also daraus eine Zweck-Wg oder eine familiäre Atmosphäre schaffst, ist ganz dir überlassen :)

The flat life, as it is always the case in the semester holidays, will be a bit different in February:
We're usually 3 people living here, but we'll all be almost all of February "on the road". Therefore you'll be sharing the flat with 1-2 lovely persons, who will most likely only be there for one month as well. Whether you want a familial atmosphere or rather a "functional" flat- it all depends on you and what you want it to be :)
