Das Zimmer selbst hat viel Licht dank seiner großen Fenster, aber es ist auch sehr ruhig, da es einen Innenhof (wo Sie parken können) zugewandt ist. Es ist sehr geräumig und ist so konzipiert, dass das Bett dank des Regals ist ein biscchen privater und der Tisch in einer Ecke, um sich im Studio konzentrieren zu können, hat viel Licht. Der andere Teil des Raumes ist als "Wohnzimmer" im Raum gedacht, falls Sie Freunde mitbringen möchten und beide Sofas können zu Schlafsofa umgewandelt werden. Das Zimmer hat eine Kapazität von 5-6 Personen.

The room itself has a lot of light, thanks to its huge windows but it is also very quiet since it faces an internal courtyard (where you can park). It is very spacious and is designed in such a way that the bed has a secluded space thanks to the shelf, the table in a corner to be able to concentrate in the studio and also receives a lot of light for being at a perfect angle with the window, besides having plugs designed to work comfortable. The other part of the room is designed to be a “living room" inside the room for when you want to bring friends and when both sofas are converted into a sofa bed, the room has a capacity of 5-6 people.

El cuarto en si tiene mucha luz, gracias a sus ventanas enormes pero ademas es muy tranquilo ya que da a un patio interno (donde se puede aparcar). Es muy espacioso y está diseñado de tal manera que la cama tiene un espacio apartado gracias a la estanteria, la mesa en una esquina para poderse concentrar en el estudio y además recibe mucha luz por estar en un ángulo perfecto con la ventana, además de tener enchufes pensados para poder trabajar agusto. La otra parte del cuarto está diseñada para ser un “salón” dentro del cuarto para cuando quieras traer amigos y ambos sofas se convierten en sofa cama, teniendo el cuarto una capacidad de 5-6 personas.

Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer Wohnung im ersten Stock (obwohl mit Aufzug) vor kurzem renoviert (ich bin der erste, der in dem neuen Zimmer lebt) 3 Minuten von der Haltestelle "Margareten Gürtel". Das Gebäude hat eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, mit der U4 in 3 Minuten, U6 (Gumperdorferstraße) in 10 Minuten, Straßenbahn 6 und 18 (3 Minuten) und einem Nachtbus, der direkt vor der Tür hält (N6). Vor dem Haus befindet sich ein Park, den Sie im Sommer nutzen können und Billa (3min) und Hofer (3min) ganz in der Nähe. Tabak gibt es in der U-Bahnstation Der Mann und auch Kebab und einen Laden, der spät geöffnet ist, um Dinge der Not (auch Alkohol) zu kaufen, wenn der Rest geschlossen ist. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und es gibt kleine Läden.

The room is located in an apartment on the first floor (although with elevator) recently renovated (I am the first living in the new room) 3 minutes from the stop "Margareten Gürtel". The building has very good communications, with the U4 at 3 min, U6 (Gumperdorferstrasse) at 10 min, tram 6 and 18 (3min) and a night bus that stops right at the door (N6). In front of the house there is a park, which in summer you can take advantage of and Billa (3min) and Hofer (3min) very close. Tabak there is in the subway station, Der Mann and also Kebab and a store open late to buy things of need (also alcohol) when the rest is closed. The neighborhood is quiet and there are small shops spread out.

El cuarto se encuentra en un apartamento en el primer piso (aunque con ascensor) recién renovado (soy la primera que vive en el nuevo cuarto) a 3 minutos de la parada “Margareten Gürtel”. El edificio tiene muy buenas comunicaciones, con la U4 a 3 min, U6 (Gumperdorferstrasse) a 10 min, tram 6 y 18 (3min) y un bus nocturno que para justo en la puerta (N6). En frente de la casa hay un parque, que en Verano se puede aprovechar y Billa (3min) y Hofer (3min) muy cerca. Tabak hay en la estacion de metro, Der Mann y tambien Kebab y una tienda abierta hasta tarde donde poder comprar cosas de necesidad (tambien alcohol) cuando esta el resto cerrado. El barrio es tranquilo y hay tiendas pequeñas repartidas.

Das Leben ist sehr ruhig, jeder hat seinen eigenen Raum, aber trotzdem verbringen wir unser Leben in den Zimmern der anderen, weil wir uns alle sehr gut verstehen. Jeder ist anders und studiert verschiedene Dinge (Mathematik, Theater, Architektur, Psychologie, Politik und Medizin), aber trotzdem herrscht eine gute Atmosphäre und wir machen normalerweise viele Dinge zusammen. Ob Sie Wien kennen oder nicht, Sie werden in diesem Haus einen Platz finden, da bin ich mir sicher.

Life is very quiet, each one has its own space, but even so we spend our lives at each other's rooms because we all get along very well. Each one is different and they study different things (Mathematics, theater, architecture, psychology, politics and medicine) but even so there is a good atmosphere and we usually do many things together. La vida es muy tranquila, cada uno tiene su espacio, pero aun así nos pasamos la vida los unos en “casa” de los otros porque nos llevamos todos muy bien. Cada uno es distinto y estudian cosas diferentes ( Matematicas, teatro, arquitectura, psicologia, politica y medicina) pero aun así hay muy buen ambiente y solemos hacer muchas cosas juntos. Tanto si conoces a gente en Viena como si no, encontraras un sitio en esta casa, estoy segurísima.

Die Küche ist ebenfalls neu ausgestattet und hat dank der großen Fenster viel Licht. Es gibt einen Backofen, Geschirrspüler und Ceran-Kochfeld, sowie einen großen Kühlschrank, wo jeder ein Regal hat und die Tür und das Gemüse geteilt werden. Hier treffen wir uns normalerweise, um zu kochen, zu plaudern, zusammen zu essen und alles, was man sich vorstellen kann. Es gibt Schließfächer mit einem Schlüssel, um Sachen zu behalten und die nicht in die Räume kommen. Wir haben sogar einen Einkaufswagen, dessen Herkunft ich nicht im Internet geschrieben haben möchte.
Ich denke, ich habe es ziemlich gut zusammengefasst, aber wenn Sie Fragen haben, zögern Sie bitte nicht, mich zu kontaktieren. Das Zimmer ist ab juli frei aber ich bin sehr flexible mit die Daten

The kitchen is also newly equipped, and also has plenty of light thanks to its large windows. There is an oven, dishwasher and ceramic hob, plus a large fridge where each one has a shelf and the door and the vegetables are shared. Here we usually meet to cook, chat, eat together and everything you can imagine. There are lockers with a key to keep belongings so that they don’t take up space in the rooms. We even have a shopping cart whose origin I do not want to leave written on the Internet.

La cocina está tambien recién equipada, y también tiene mucha luz gracias a sus grandes ventanas. Hay horno, lavavajillas y vitrocerámica, además de una grande nevera donde cada uno tiene un estante y se comparte la puerta y el de las verduras. Aqui nos solemos reunir para cocinar, charlar, comer juntos y todo lo que te imagines. Hay unos lockers con llave para guardar pertenencias y que no estorben en los cuartos. Incluso tenemos un carrito de la compra cuya procedencia no quiero dejar escrita en Internet.
Creo que lo he resumido bastante bien pero si tienes preguntas, por favor, no dudes en contactarme. El cuarto está disponible para cualquier periodo de tiempo a partir del 1 de Julio pero soy flexible con las fechas :)
