The apartment is in a very convenient location in Vienna's 5th district, close to Badner Bahn, tram 1 & 62, bus 13A (walking 3 mins) and U4 Kettenbrueckengasse/Pilgramgasse (6-8min) & U1 Taubstummengasse (8 mins). Karlsplatz is only a 10min walk and Naschmarkt 6min away!
The room is about 18 m2 and partially furnished. It is facing the street with new big windows, therefore quite bright. In the pictures you can see the same room with two different decorations, now and from the previous owner.
The new roommate would preferably be female and likes cleaning 😀. We would also like to find someone that will stay long-term! 🙌
The room is available from March 15th but there's a chance it will already be available earlier.
Rent is 354€ including Hausverwaltung and Internet. Gas is excluded and it usually represents around 20eur/month, which makes a total rent of about 375€/month.
