da ich für acht Monate mit Erasmus im Ausland bin, suche ich eine nette, verantwortungsvolle Untermieterin für unsere 2er- Studenten WG. Es werden nur Frauen gesucht, da die Vermieterin das so will, sorry!
Das Zimmer ist groß (18m2), sehr hell, gen Osten und mit Blick auf den Hof. Es ist auch voll möbliert, da ich sämtliche Möbel drinnen lasse, wie Bett, Couch, Tisch, Schrank etc. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5.Stock und es gibt leider keinen Lift, aber an das Treppensteigen gewöhnt man sich schnell :)
Der Zeitraum für die Zwischenmiete ist Anfang September 2019 - Ende Mai/Anfang Juni 2020.

Hey,
I will be abroad for eight months with Erasmus and so I am looking for a nice, responsible girl to stay in my room (only girls, since the landlady prefers it).
The room is a with direction to the east and a look into the courtyard. It's big (18m2) and fully furnished with a bed, couch, table, wardrobe, etc. In general it's a nice, clean student flat for two people. The apartment is on the 5th floor and there is no lift, but you will get used to taking the stairs pretty quickly :)
The room will be free from 1st of September 2019 until the end of May/beginning of June 2020!

Die Lage ist gut angebunden; 5min von der U4 Station Margaretengürtel entfernt, um die Ecke sind die Busse 59A (Richtung Karlsplatz) und 12A (Richtung Schmelz). Was Einkaufsmöglichkeiten betrifft, gibt's Hofer, Billa usw. in Reichweite.
The flat has a good location; it's 5min away from the metro line U4 Margaretengürtel and around the corner are the busses 59A (with the direction Karlsplatz) and 12A (direction Schmelz). In the area there are a lot of shopping possibilities, like Billa, Hofer, etc.
Es ist eine offene, saubere 2er WG, wo wir gerne mal zusammen was unternehmen. Aber man kann auch gut seine Ruhe haben.
Die Mitbewohnerin ist eine nette Studentin aus München, die Theater-Film- und Medienwissenschaften studiert und gerne bouldern geht.
It's a shared flat for two people. Sometimes we like to do stuff together but it's also possible to just relax. The flatmate is a nice student from Munich. She is studying Theatre, film and media sciences and likes to boulder.
