We (Oli and Stephanie - both full time employees) are looking for a roommate for our apartment to move in beginning of January 2019.
The apartment is a rooftop apartment (142qm) with a 30qm terrace in the 6th district, Brückengasse.
There’s a big open kitchen and living room of 50m2.The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and fridge. We have plenty of room for cooking and hanging out. There are two bathrooms, two separate toilets as well as two areas for storage and laundry. The apartment will be mostly furnished but furniture for the room is not included. The person who’s leaving to room will be selling some of it - so we can discuss that when you come visit!
We enjoy spending time with our roommates and doing stuff together. We’re non-smokers and tidy (at least in the common areas!).
We’re looking for a roommate or a couple for a 23m2 room, really bright with 5 sky-light windows and one normal window. The apartment is right under the roof so the room has high ceilings. You’ll have your own private bathroom and your own toilet.

It’s right next to Kurt Pint-Platz where the farmers market happens every Thursday. Disco Volante, supermarkets, pharmacy and Erste Bank are just around the corner.
