Hey Leute,
ich suche jemanden für meine WG da mein jetziger Mitbewohner zurück nach Peru fliegt! Das Zimmer wird befristet vermietet von Februar bis Oktober, aber darüber lässt sich noch reden!
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, meins deins unsres, ist schön sonnig und groß. Die Ubahnstationen Margaretengürtel U4 und Gumpendorferstraße U6 sind beide nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Ansonsten haben wir alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs in der Umgebung.
Jetzt zu mir: Ich bin Studentin auf der TU, werde ab nächsten Semester auch mehr arbeiten und habe vor mir einen Hund zuzulegen, also falls du Tiere nicht magst oder allergisch bist, wirds nichts aus uns!
Es wäre schön mit jemandem zu wohnen der/ die Mal was unternehmen möchte oder abends zusammen gmiatlich auf der Couch Film schaun, Karten spielen ...
Ich kann leider nicht allen zurückschreiben. Sobald ich mehrer Interessenten habe fang ich mim "Casting" an!

Hey guys!
I am looking for a new flatmate, because the current one is going back to Peru! The room will be available from February until October, but thats negotiable!
The apartment is quite big, has a living room and our two rooms. Everything one needs for daily life is already here! Its located in the 6th district right between the U6 stop Gumpendorferstraße and U4 stop Margareten Gürtel which is great! There are a lot of shops and restaurants around and some parks not too far away!
I am a student at the TU Vienna! and I will start working part time soon.
I would love a room mate who enjoys to do stuff together or just have a beer or wine in the evening! But I also have a lot of studying to do.
Also very important to mention is, that I might be getting a DOG (!!!!!) soon so if you are allergic or you don't like pets this place won't be for you!
As soon as I have enough people interested I will start the "casting"! If I don't write you back please don't be mad!
