Es handelt sich um eine schöne Altbauwohnung, die neben den Zimmern der Mitbewohnerinnen noch einen kleinen Balkon, Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Klo, Flur und Küche hat. Du wohnst mit zwei lieben Mitbewohnerinnen zusammen, die arbeiten bzw. arbeiten und studieren.
Der Raum ist recht klein und unmöbiliert, evt. kann der Kasten übernommen werden. Es würde sich anbieten, ein Hochbett reinzustellen oder für Bastler_innen eines einzubauen. Der Raum hat ein großes Fenster in den Innenhof, es ist also sehr ruhig.
It’s a beautiful old building with a small balcony, bathroom with big tub, separate toilette, corridor and kitchen. You are living with two nice flat mates work or work and study. The room is a bit small and without furniture, if you want to, you can keep the cupboard. You have more space if you have a bunk bed (or you could build one in?) There is a big window to the inner courtyard, so it is very quiet.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Turmburggasse im 6. Bezirk, 2 Gehminuten von der U4 Pilgramgasse und den Bushaltestellen 12A, 13A und 14A entfernt. In etwa 10-15min zu Fuß ist eins auf der Mariahilfer Straße. Um die Ecke gibt es ein Spar, dm, Bipa und Billa sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.
The apartment is situated in Turmburggasse in the 6th district of Vienna, 2 minutes away from the tube U4 Pilgramgasse and the bus stations for 12A, 13A and 14A. You can reach Mariahilfer Straße in about 10-15 minutes by foot, Spar is nearby as well as dm, Bipa and Billa.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Sümeyra und Klara, Sümeyra ist 23 Jahre alt und studiert Schauspiel am Reinhard-Seminar. Klara ist 27 Jahre alt und arbeitet als Sozialarbeiterin. Beide sind sehr offen und haben auch gern Besuch. Party-WG sind wir vielleicht doch nicht so, aber gemütlich zusammensitzen, was trinken oder dann auch gemeinsam was machen, ist immer drin. Wir freuen uns über entspannte Leute mit Putzfimmel (nein, Scherz, keine Grundvoraussetzung).
Your future flat mates are Sümeyra and Klara. Sümeyra is 23 years old and studies acting at Reinhard-Seminar. Klara is 27 years old and works as a social worker. Both are very open minded and love to have friends over. Nevertheless, we are not a typical party-flat. But we like sitting together, having a drink or chilling out together. We are looking forward to getting to know you.
