* zimmer selbst ist ca. 9m2 groß (das kleinste unserer 4 schlafzimmer)
* es liegt südseitig zum innenhof, welcher meist sehr ruhig und besonnen ist - das heißt: hell und viel licht, ein großes fenster
* bad mit badewanne
* whg ist generell gut geschnitten und groß (107m2)
* balkonzugang über privates zimmer - aber natürlich prinzipiell offen für alle
* küche ist das herzstück mit schöner eckbank, blick in den hof und südseitiger lage
* zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben, aber essentielles kann temporär zur verfügung gestellt werden
* wohnmöglichkeit bis 2020, einzug ab 1. märz
* raucher_innenhaushalt (auch in der küche)
* ablöse: 75€, monatliche miete ist all inc.! (exklusiv einmal jährlich: betriebskostenjahresabrechnung, strom- und gasnachzahlung)
* das haus und die wohnung sind nicht barrierefrei

VIEWING AND GET-TO-KNOW: mo 12.02., tue 13.02. from 6:30pm - 11:00pm
* room has around 9m2 (the smallest of our 4 bedrooms)
* facing south and inner courtyard, mostly quiet and sunny
* bathroom with a bathtub
* quite well cut architecturally and big (107m2)
* access to balcony through private room - but in general open to everyone
* the kitchen is the heart with a beautiful corner seat, view into the yard and facing south
* the room will be unfurnished, but essentials can be provided temporarily
* possibility to stay till may 2020, move-in with 01.03.
* we are all smokers (we also smoke in the kitchen)
* exclusive: fixture and fittings: 75€ (once) and additional payment of (once a year): operating costs and electricity+water bills
* the house and flat are not barrier-free
* no purpose-only living, but privacy will be respected, friendly and sincere
* wohnung liegt im 2. stock im 6. bezirk (mariahilf)
* sehr gute lage und dementsprechend guter anschluss: U3, U6, U4, 18, 6, 57A (zu fuß nur 7 minuten zum westbahnhof)

- wir sind alle meist arbeitstätig und auch zu unterschiedlichen zeiten zu hause, treffen uns aber gern in der küche, wo wir alle rauchen! wir würden uns eine person wünschen, die respektvoll mit ihren mitmenschen umgeht. sexismen/rassismen/homo- und/oder trans*feindlichkeit/-phobie haben bei uns keinen platz!
wir selbst lieben unsere wg: wir sind keine zweck-gemeinschaft und sehr freundschaftlich und herzlich miteinander, aber natürlich macht auch jede_r ihr_sein ding und die privatsphäre wird respektiert. das preis-leistungs-verhältnis ist top und die atmosphäre in der wg wird euch sicherlich überzeugen!
am besten du lernst uns einfach kennen und machst dir ein bild - und das möglichst bald (siehe besichtigungstermine oben). skype "interview" nur in ausnahmefällen möglich.

- we mostly are working and also at different times, but like to meet up in the kitchen to hang out. we're looking for a person, who is respectful towards others. sexism/racism/homo- and/or transphobia have no space with us!
we love to share the flat together: we're not only living together out of purpose and are really friendly and sincere with each other, but of course, everyone does also his_her own stuff and privacy will be respected. the price and the atmosphere here will for sure convince you!
best would be to get to know us and to get an idea of the shared flat - and that as soon as possible (s.o. appointments to view) skype "interviews" only exceptional.
