Since one of us is moving out, we are looking for somebody to live with us!
Visits will be possible on December 16th (Sunday) between 14:00 – 16:00.
The sunny room measures 10sqm and will be for rent from Jan 1st 2019. We are looking for someone who would like to stay longer, ideally for at least one year.
The rent is 280 Euros and includes everything (electricity, gas, internet, insurances, etc...)!
A caution deposit of 500 Euros is to be paid when moving in (and will be returned when moving out).

Hallo alle miteinander!
Unsere Mitbewohnerin zieht leider mit Ende Dezember aus unserer WG aus und daher suchen wir ab 1. Jänner eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in).
Besichtigungen sind am kommenden Sonntag, 16.12. zwischen 14:00 und 16:00 möglich.
Das Zimmer ist 10qm groß und sonnig. Wir suchen besonders nach Menschen, die vorhaben lange zu bleiben – idealerweise mindestens ein Jahr.
Die Miete beträgt 280 Euro und inkludiert alle Nebenkosten (Strom, Gas, Internet, Versicherungen, etc...)!
Die Kaution beträgt 500 Euro.
The flat is on the 3rd floor of an old style building with bathtub, kitchen and washing machine. It is very close to Mariahilfer Straße, one of Vienna's most famous shopping streets, offering everything you can think of. It's also about 5 minutes walk from the lovely Bruno-Kreisky park (which offers hammocks and even a free science fiction film festival in summer!). The famous „Disco Volante“, which is said to be one of the best pizza places in town is right in front of our house. Also, there are lots of other restaurants and an Irish pub close by. Supermarkets (even a vegan one) and a drugstore are also in the area, as well as a small Turkish supermarket that is even open on Sundays!
Public transport within walking distance includes 3 different subway lines (U3, U4 and U6) and bus line 57A that stops right in front of our house. Bicycles can also easily be parked in the yard.

Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Liftstock eines Altbaus und verfügt über so schöne Details wie eine Badewanne, eine Waschmaschine und einen kleinen Balkon. Sie befindet sich in der Nähe der Mariahilfer Straße. Einkaufen oder Essen gehen lässt es sich aber auch sehr gut direkt vor der Haustüre. Die berühmte Disco Volante Pizzeria befindet sich gegenüber von unserem Haus. Weitere gute Restaurants, ein Irish Pub, Bipa, Billa, Spar, ein veganer Supermarkt und auch ein türkischer Greißler, der am Sonntag offen hat, erleichtern das Leben hier sehr. Zum Entspannen bietet sich in den warmen Jahreszeiten der Bruno-Kreisky Park an, der Hängematten und ein gratis Science Fiction Film Festival bietet.
In 5–10min Gehzeit sind U3, U4 und U6 erreichbar und die Buslinie 57A hält direkt vor der Haustür!
Your 2 prospective flat mates are Doris (35) and Albert (35), who are both ever so slightly crazy. Albert is working at the radio station FM4 and Doris is a freelance type designer/ translator/ florist. We both have jobs and aren't home so often. We hang out together either in the kitchen or on the floor somewhere and come up with nonsensical ideas. In general, we consider our home to be a cozy place to relax and retreat, since we both already left our wild, wild party times behind us.

Deine potentiellen zukünftigen Mitbewohner heißen Doris (35) und Albert (35). Beide sind ein ganz klitzekleines bisschen verrückt. Albert arbeitet beim Radiosender FM4 und Doris ist freischaffende Schriftgestalterin/ Übersetzerin/ Floristin. Da wir beide berufstätig sind, sind wir nicht so oft zu Hause. Wenn wir da sind, sitzen wir aber gern in der Küche oder irgendwo am Boden und schmieden aberwitzige Pläne. Im Allgemeinen sehen wir unsere Wohnung als gemütlichen Rückzugsort, nachdem wir beide unsere ganz wilden Partyzeiten schon etwas hinter uns gelassen haben.
