Hallo, mein Name ist Venu, ich bin 34 Jahre alt und arbeite als Forscher an der Medizinischen Universität Wien. Ich habe vor kurzem in diese erstaunliche Wohnung gezogen, die einem Freund von mir gehört. Die Wohnung ist ein Dachgeschoss und verfügt über einen großen Balkon. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Wiener Bezirk und in unmittelbarer Nähe der U-Bahnlinie U4 und der Buslinie 57a.
Das Zimmer, das ich miete, ist 25 m² groß und super hell. Die Miete beträgt 450 Euro. Das Zimmer ist bereits mit einem Doppelbett und Schränken ausgestattet. Sie können auch das Wohnzimmer und die Küche nutzen.
Ich reise im Januar für 2 Wochen nach Indien und die Wohnung wird für diese Zeit ganz bei Ihnen sein. Auf lange Sicht bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob ich eine WG aufrechterhalten will, deshalb sage ich einen Monat, um damit zu beginnen. Je nachdem, wie wir uns verhalten und welchen Arbeitsvertrag Sie haben, können Sie eventuell länger bleiben, wenn Sie möchten.

Hello, My name is Venu, i am a 34 year old man and i work as researcher at the Medical University of Vienna. I recently moved into this amazing flat which belongs to a friend of mine. The flat is a top floor and has a huge balcony. The flat is located in the 6 th district of Vienna and very close to the U4 underground line and bus line 57a.
The room i am renting is 25 m² and super bright and the rent is 450 euros. The room is already equipped with a double bed and cupboards. You are also free to use the living room and the kitchen off-course.
I leave to India for 2 weeks in January and the the flat will be all yours for this time. In the long run i am not certain if i want to maintain a WG that is why i state one month to start with. Depending on how we get along and my work contract it might be possible for you to stay longer if you wish.
