DIE WOHNUNG IST ungefähr 90 m², erster Stock, Neubau, aber mit einer Raumhöhe von 2.8 Metern sehr offen. Großer Flur, eine schöne Küche (voll ausgestattet) mit Esstisch und Geschirrspüler, ein kleines Bad mit Dusche. W-Lan. Waschmaschine, Staubsaugerroboter. DAS ZIMMER IST etwas größer als 18 m². Meine Mitbewohnerin ist ein halbes Jahr im Ausland, daher kommt das Zimmer voll möbliert und gemütlich eingerichtet.

THE APARTMENT IS about 90 m² on the first floor , modern builing, but with a ceiling height of 2,8 meters it feels very open. A big hallway, a nice kitchen (fully equipped) with dining table, small bathroom with shower. WIFI. Washing maschine, robot vacuum cleaner. THE ROOM IS a little bigger than 18m². My roomate is living abroad for half a year, so the room comes comfortably furnished.
GUTE ANBINDUNG: direkt an der U4 Pilgramgasse (derzeit wegen Umbau geschlossen), Busse 12A, 13A, 14A. (Mariahilferstrasse 5 Minuten, Westbahnhof 15 Minuten, Hauptbahnhof 10 Minuten). Alle Shopping-, Kneipen- und Kulturmöglichkeiten und die Universitäten also in direkter Erreichbarkeit.

GOOD ACCESSIBILIY: Very close to U4 Pilgramgasse (is closed due to construction work), buses 12A, 13A, 14A. (5 minutes to Mariahilferstrasse, 15 Minutes to Westbahnhof, 10 Minutes to the Central train station.) All shopping, bar or cultural possibilities and the universities are very easily accessible.
Ich bin 35 Jahre alt, arbeite im Theaterbereich und unterrichte an der Uni. Ich bin viel unterwegs, in stressigen Arbeitsphasen kann es dann doch etwas chaotisch werden, ansonsten lebt es sich hier ganz entspannt. Ich bin Nichtraucher, leichtes Rauchen ist allerdings in Ordnung.

I am 35 years old, work in the theater business and teach at the university. I’m away a lot, during intense working periods I can be a little chaotic, but in general living here is quite relaxed and easygoing. I am a nonsmoker, but light smoking is permitted in the apartment.
Die Miete beträgt, 450 Euro all inclusive. Kaution ist ein Monat Mietzahlung im Voraus (dafür letzter Monat mietfrei). Raten sind möglich.

The rent is 450 Euros all inclusive. There is a deposit of one month rent in advance (therefore the last month ist rent-free). Installments are possible.
If you are interested, please contact me via email (add your telephone number). Visits can take place on Sunday (Feb 24th), Monday- or Tuesday morning or next weekend.
