Es gibt hier einen Anschluss für Internet und Fernsehen. Obwohl das Zimmer straßenseitig ausgerichtet ist, kann man mit Ruhe rechnen. Vis-a-vis befindet sich der Loquai Park.
Kosten: € 550,- Gesamtmiete
Zimmer 2:
Befindet sich neben Zimmer 1 und hat ebenso eine Größe von 25m2. Durch die gleiche (süd-westliche Lage) ist der Wohnraum sehr hell und freundlich und zur spärlich befahrenen Straßenseite ausgerichtet.

Wir befinden uns im Herzen Wiens. Die Wohnung ist nur ca. 3 Gehminuten zur Mariahilfer Straße und Station U3 Zieglergasse entfernt. Ca. 7 Gehminuten sind es zur U4, Kettenbrückengasse. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Spar, Billa, DM oder Hofer befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Eine Vielzahl an netter Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das berühmte „Katzenfenster“ ist ebenfalls fast nebenan zu finden ;)

We are located in the heart of Vienna. It's a 3 minutes walk to the Mariahilfer Straße and the station U3 Zieglergasse. Approximately 7 minutes walk to the U4, Kettenbrückengasse. Shops such as Spar, Billa, DM or Hofer are located in the immediate vicinity. A variety of restaurants and bars are within walking distance.
Da wir gleich zu zweit ausziehen, wird die WG neu zusammengewürfelt. Unsere Mitbewohnerin unterrichtet derzeit Deutsch und studiert nebenbei. Sie wünscht sich für die neue WG eine gute Mischung aus Zusammensein und Privatsphäre. Da es in der Wohnung schnell zu eng werden kann, suchen wir explizit nach Einzelpersonen, und keine Pärchen die hier gemeinsam leben wollen.

Since we take off in twos, the flat is rescheduled. Our roommate currently teaches German and studies on the side. You wish for the new WG a good mix from together and privacy. Since it is too tight in the apartment, we explicitly search for individuals, and no couples who want to live together in one room.
Unsere Mitbewohnerin würde euch gerne persönlich kennenlernen. Am besten ist eine direkte Kontaktaufnahme per E-Mail oder telefonisch. Die allgemeine Besichtigung der Wohnung ist praktisch die ganze Woche über möglich, da wir momentan von Zuhause aus arbeiten.
Unsere WG hat die Regel, dass die ursprünglichen Maklerprovisionskosten an neue Mitbewohner weiter verrechnet werden (verringert mit jedem Jahr in dem man in der Wohnung gewohnt hat => 20% pro Jahr). Für ein Zimmer betragen diese somit einmalig 481 EUR.
