Your room is the biggest of the apartment and comes with two big windows heading towards a calm street. The place is fully furnished + I will leave all my training equipment and maybe also my bike if you‘d want to use that.
The whole apartment has been renovated not too long ago.
The apartment is located in the center of Vienna inbetween Naschmarkt and Mariahilfer Straße. It takes you five minutes to U3 Neubaugasse or U4 Kettenbrückengasse with which you can also reach every other place in the city. Bus stations are also located right next to your doormat (13A/14A/…)
Your roommates are
Robert, a dyed-in-the-wool entrepreneur of the culinaric field from Upper Austria, helping you out with niche recommendations for the local food scene (possibly gone over summer though)
Susanna, studying at WU with a love for caffeine (quantity over quality) and (sometimes doubious) stories from travelling all over the world
Élodie, originally from France, working as a biologist, desperatly looking for a language tandem partner as I haven‘t been too satisfying recently.
The apartment can be rent for 1-3 months (preferably all 3 toegether) from now on as I am working elsewhere and travel the rest of the time. You can use all of my stuff that I‘m leaving; otherwise we can also agree on me removing some things for your time staying.
In total the rent is 575€, no deposit.
