post office, banks, restaurants etc are next door and make life pretty easy and enjoyable
For me it is important that the flat is clean and that everyone respects and takes care of each other. As the flat is a two person shared flat it is not gonna be messy or dirty. All in all I think there is not too much to say about.
Please leave everything clean in particular the kitchen.
If you want to take a friend home it is fine and just let the 2nd one know in advance.
No shoes inside the flat please.
To sum it up, there is not much else to talk about.
