ich bin Alexandra und suche eine_n Mitbewohner_in in einer neu gegründete WG in einer 3 Zimmer Wohnung im 12ten Bezirk, da die Wohnungseigentümerin, eine Freundin von mir, nach Ausland umzieht.
Die Wohnung hat circa 70 m², ist im ersten Stock und besteht aus einem Vorraum, einem WC, einem Wohnzimmer zusammen mit einer Küche, einem Bad und zwei Schlafzimmern. Das Haus verfügt über einen Fahrradkeller und einen neuen Lift und einen gemeinschaftlich genutzter Hof, wo man Fahrräder abstellen kann. Das Haus wurde 2014 saniert und die Wohnung wurde komplett renoviert und neu eingerichtet in 2015.
Das Zimmer ist 10,5 m² groß, mit einem Fenster in einen ruhigen Innenhof. Noch ist es teilweise eingerichtet und wer will, kann natürlich für eine kleine Ablöse die Möbel behalten (ein Bett, zwei Expedit Regale von Ikea). Die monatliche Miete beträgt 410€ und beinhaltet sämtliche Kosten (Miete, Internet, Strom, usw.).

Hi, I'm Alexandra and I'm looking for a flatmate from 1st of November for a 3 room apartment in the 12th district. The apartment has 70 m², is on the first floor and was renovated in 2015 and the whole house in 2014. The room has 10,5 m², it's window faces a very quiet backyard. The room is partly furnished (one bed and two Ikea book shelves). A wardrobe will be added. The rent is 410€ including all the costs (Rent, Internet, utilities, etc.).
Die Wohnung liegt in der Schallergasse, eine Station mit der Straßebahn 6 und 18 von der U4 Station Margaretengürtel entfernt. Zur Straßenbahnstation Arbeitergasse/Margaretengürtel sind es 5 min zu Fuß.
Zur U6 Station Niederhofstraße sind es ca.14 min zu Fuß.
Supermärkte gibt es in der Nähe genug: Penny, Billa, Hofer, DM, Bipa sind alle schnell erreichbar.
Ich komme ursprünglich aus der Slowakei und lebe seit 4 Jahren in Wien. Ich bin 31 Jahre alt und arbeite vollzeit als Analystin. Nette Abende beim gemeinsamen Kochen, Essen, Wein, Bier oder Filmschauen sind willkommen.
Die jeweiligen WG-Bedürfnisse und -Vorstellungen werden gerne angesprochen und beachtet.
Besichtigungs- und Kennenlerntermine sind am absofort abends möglich.
