ich mache gerade meinen Master in Griechenland und da meine Mitbewohner beide Ende April ausziehen wird meine Wohnung gesamt frei.
Es gibt verschiedene Möglichkeiten die Wohnung oder auch nur Zimmer von Mai bis Ende September bzw unbefristet in zu mieten. Ich kehre mit 01.10. nach Wien zurück und beziehe dann wieder mein größeres Zimmer.
Die Wohnung hat fast 80m2, 2 getrennt begehbare Schlafzimmer und ein gemeinsames großes Wohnzimmer. Küche, Bad, getrenntes Klo, Abstellraum und Vorzimmer sind auch noch dabei.
Im größeren Schlafzimmer ist eine fancy Grüne Erde Matratze, ein Regal, eine Hängestange, Schreibtisch und ein alter Sofasessel. Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 365,-
Die Wohnung ist gesamt sehr hell und gemütlich :) Es gibt eine Logia auf der auch geraucht werden kann und wo am Nachmittag schön die Sonne hinscheint. Sowohl die Küche als auch das Bad sind voll mit allen erdenklichen Geräten ausgestattet (Geschirrspüler, Wama, Wasserkocher, Mixer, Pürrierstab usw ;)
Das Zimmer kann jederzeit angeschaut werden :)

I am doing my master in Greece and as my roommates are moving out by the end of April the apartment will be free. That is your chance to get a great cheap room or apartment in Vienna from May to the end of September :) You could rent it for two people or rent only the bigger (until the end of September) or smaller room (permanent) and share the apartment with flatmates and later with me.
The bigger bedroom has a fancy organic mattress, a wardrobe, desk and on old chair.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine in the bathroom and the flat are very sunny and comfy :)
You can have a look at the room anytime.
Refugees are welcome.
Die Wohnung liegt 3 Minuten vom Bahnhof Meidlung. Dort fährt die U6, zig Straßenbahnen, Busse, die S-Bahn und Züge. Heißt man ist schnell in der Stadt oder auch draußen am Land.
Es gibt 5 Supermärkte, ein kleines Einkaufszentrum, eine Einkaufsstraße, Pizza, Kebab, Suhsi und vieles mehr gleich ums Eck.
Wenn man es gerne grün mag kann man es sich im Schönbrunner Schlosspark gemütlich machen.
The flat is situated near a train station with underground, busses, trams and trains. You are in the city center in 25 minutes or in an hour in the mountains ;)
There are a lot of supermarkets, shops and restaurants nearby.
Ich bin über 30, berufstätig, snowboarde, kitesurfe und gerne in der Natur. Ich gehe gerne aus und mag Musik sehr (es gibt einen alten Plattenspieler ;) Ich habe einen Hund, der ab Oktober mit mir in der Wohnung sein wird. Wenn Du also unbefristet in das kleinere Zimmer einziehst solltest du dich nicht vor Hunden fürchten ;) Ab und an gemeinsam ein Bier im Wohnzimmer zu trinken wäre schön. Schließlich sind Flüchtlinge gerne bei mir willkommen :)
I am over 30, love snowboarding, surfing and the nature. I like to go out, not every weekend but from times to times and I like music a lot. I own a dog. If we will share the apartment from October you should not be afraid of dogs ;) Having a beer from time to time in the living room would be nice. Finally refuggees are very welcome :)
