Hey,
Ich bin Studentin und die Monate Juli und August im Ausland und vermiete daher für 2 Monate mein Zimmer. Die Kosten betragen 350 Euro (inklusive Strom, Gas und wi-fi Internetzugang)
Das Zimmer ist 20m² groß und voll möbliert (1 Kasten, Bett, ein großes Expedit-Regal, Schreibtisch, Sessel). Die Wohnung besteht außerdem aus einer voll ausgestatteten Küche/ Esszimmer mit Eckbank und großem Tisch, einem Badezimmer, extra Toilette und einem zweiten 20m² großen WG-Zimmer (auch verfügbar Juli & August). Die gesamte Wohnung ist 70m² groß.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral 2 Gehminuten von der U4/U6 Station Längenfeldgasse entfernt (4 Minuten per U-Bahn zum Westbahnhof, 6min zum Karlsplatz/ Stadtzentrum). Gegenüber der U-Bahnstation ist ein Spar und die Meidlinger Hauptstraße (Shoppingstraße) liegt direkt ums Eck. Außerdem liegt eine CityBike Station (erste Stunde gratis) direkt bei der U-Bahnstation, also man ist auch mit dem Rad mobil und in 15min in der Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich und man hat einen tollen Weitblick auf den Wienerberg ohne Geräusche von Straßenseite (dort sind die Fenster ganz schalldicht) und Hofseite (kein Straßenlärm sondern Weitblick).

I am a 23-year old student and will be abroad for the months of July & August, therefore I am renting my room for 2 months (July & August ). The price is 350 Euros (including all utilities and wi-fi).
My room is 20 m² big and fully furnished ( wardrobe, bed, shelf, desk with chair). The apartment itself has a fully equipped kitchen/ dining room with a big table as well as one bathroom, one toilet and another 20m² WG-room. The whole apartment is 70m².
The apartment is located very central, 2 walking minutes from the U4/U6 station Längenfeldgasse (4 min to Westbahnhof, 6 min to city center/ Karlsplatz city centre). There is a SPAR supermarket right next to the metro station and the shopping street Meidlinger Hauptstraße is located right around the corner. Furthermore you can rent city bikes (free for 1 hour) 3min by foot from the appartment. The apartment is cozy, bright and sunny, with big windows and a beautiful view (no other apartment house right across). Plus, no noice from the street or other city noises heared - very good windows on the one side, no street or houses on the side where the living/ sleeping room is =)
