My flatmate is leaving from March to June and I'm looking for a Zwischenmieter.
The house is for 2 people; there are two bedrooms, the kitchen, the bathroom and a small corridor.
The room is furnished with a big bed (good mattress!) and a big wardrobe.
The rent is 370€ all included (internet, light, gas).
The flat is in the 12th district, close to supermarkets and well connected (bus 59a stops around the corner, U6 and U4 Längenfeldgasse is 5min by foot and the Gürtel, with trams 6 and 18, is also a couple of minutes away.
You will be living with me: I'm Claire, I'm 25 a I'm a classical music student. I'm French and Italian mother tongue and I speak fluent English, but I would like to improve my German as well (-:
