Das Zimmer ist 15 qm groß und möbliert. Die gesamte Wohnung hat 101 qm. Gemeinsam genutzt werden: ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher, Sofa mit Tisch und Esstisch,Badezimmer mit Dusche,separates WC,Küche mit Geschirrspüler,Mikrowelle,Gasherd und Waschmaschine. Im Vorraum befindet sich ein ca 10 qm großer Einbauschrank mit großen Staumöglichkeiten. Garagenplatz auf Anfrage ebenso vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Bahnhof Meidling (U6) und Niederhofstraße (U6). Meidlinger Hauptstraße (U4) ist in 5 Gehminuten und Schönbrunn in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (BIPA,Hofer,Billa,Dm,Lidl).
Deine Mitbewohner sind Santiago und Emer. Santiago kommt aus Venezuela und studiert Wirtschaftsinformatik auf der Hauptuni. Emer ist aus Dublin und macht ihre Praktikum bis 1. Juli in Wien.
Die sind beide sehr angenehme Mitbewohner, immer für einen Spaß und gemeinsame Abende zu haben. Es ist definitiv keine Zweck-WG und es wird auch gerne an Wochenenden zusammen gekocht. Natürlich wird aber auch darauf geachtet, dass jedem seine Privatsphäre bereitgestellt wird. :)
