Ich vermiete mein etwa 30m2 Zimmer inkl. direktem Zugang zum Balkon von Ende Juli bis Mitte September (die genauen Daten könnten wir flexibel gestalten).
Meine Möbel bleiben natürlich im Zimmer, du hast also ein 160 cm breites Bett, Regal, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch sowie ein Ecksofa zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung insgesamt ist mit 144m2 sehr geräumig. Es gibt auch noch einen weiteren, kleinen Balkon vor der Wohnung.
Da die WG zwischen erstem und zweitem Innenhof gelegen ist, ist es sehr ruhig und man hört nichts vom Straßenlärm.
Generell ist die Wohnung mit großem Vorraum, voll ausgestatteter Küche mit Essbereich, Bad mit Wanne und separatem WC richtig schön aufgeteilt.
I rent my about 30m2 room incl. direct access to the balcony from the end of July to mid-September (the exact dates we could be flexible).
My furniture will of course stay in the room, so you have a 160cm wide bed, shelf, closet, desk as well as a corner sofa at your disposal.
The apartment as a whole is very spacious with 144m2. There is also another small balcony in front of the apartment.
Since the shared apartment is located between the first and second courtyard, it is very quiet and you can't hear any of the street noise.
In general, the apartment is really nicely divided with a large entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, bathroom with tub and separate toilet.
Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich in einem kürzlich renovierten Altbau in 1040 Wien in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof. Falls du also gerne Ausflüge von Wien aus machen magst, ist das perfekt. Ansonsten fährt die U-Bahn quasi unterm Haus (keine Sorge, man bekommt davon nichts mit) und die nächste Station ist ca. 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Darüber hinaus sind zahlreiche S-Bahnen, Busse und Trams innerhalb weniger Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
Sonstige notwendige Infrastruktur (Supermärkte, ...) und Gastro gibt's in der Umgebung sehr zahlreich.
The apartment itself is located in a recently renovated old building in 1040 Vienna in close proximity to the main train station. So if you like to make trips from Vienna, this is perfect. Otherwise, the subway runs virtually under the house (do not worry, you can't hear anything from it) and the next station is about 1 minute walk away. In addition, numerous suburban trains, buses and trams are within a couple minutes walking distance.
Other necessary infrastructure (supermarkets, ...) as well as restaurants, bars, etc. are very numerous in the area.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner*innen Martin, Leo und Sanskriti sind super umgänglich, hilfsbereit und angenehm. Wir sind alle berufstätig und jede:r hat einen eigenen Rhythmus. Gerade im Sommer kann es sein, dass mal alle da sind, aber auch mal keiner.
Für ein gemeinsames Gläschen, Kochen und Tratschen ist aber immer jemand zu finden. Wir kommen sehr gut miteinander zurecht. sprechen Dinge offen an und das ist uns auch wichtig.
Jede Woche werden von einer Person die gemeinsam genutzten Räume geputzt, sodass es immer angenehm ordentlich und sauber ist. Auch das ist uns wichtig.
Your new roommates Martin, Leo and Sanskriti are super nice, helpful and pleasant. We are all working and everyone has their own rhythm. Especially in the summer, it can be that everyone is there, but also sometimes noone. We get along very well with each other, and talk about things openly, which is important to us.
Every week, one person cleans the rooms we use together, so that it is always pleasantly tidy and clean. This is also important to us.
