Ich bin im Sommer einen Monat nicht in Wien und würde mein Zimmer untervermieten. Es handelt sich um eine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung mit grosses Wohnzimmer, Küche, kleinem Balkon. Das Zimmer ist wunderschön hell und hat einen Erker.
Als Absicherung hätte ich gerne eine Kaution von 250€, die dann natürlich nach dem Aufenthalt wieder zurücküberwiesen wird. Die Miete für das Monat beträgt insgesamt 520€.

I won't be in Vienna for a month in the summer and would like to sublet my room. It is a beautiful old building with a large living room, kitchen and small balcony. The room is beautifully bright, has a lot of plants in it and the gorgeous wooden floor that is so typical for Viennese Altbau flats.
As security, I would like a deposit of 250€, which will of course be returned after the stay. The rent for the month is a total of 520€.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral im angesagten 7. Bezirk. Viele Restaurants, Bars und Cafes sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, man ist in ein paar Minuten direkt im Zentrum der Stadt. Der Westbahnhof (U3, U6) ist nicht weit und die Straßenbahnlinien 49 und 5 sind direkt vor der Haustüre.
The apartment is located in a very central area in the trendy 7th district. Many restaurants, bars, and cafes are within walking distance, and you can reach the city center in just a few minutes. The Westbahnhof (U3, U6) is not far away, and tram lines 49 and 5 are right outside the front door.
Wir sind eigentlich eine sehr süße 4er WG, im Sommer werden aber nur 2 der Mitbewohner*innen dort sein. Sie freuen sich über Interaktion, auch weil wir ein großes Wohnzimmer und einen tollen Balkon in den Innenhof haben.
We are actually a very sweet 4-person flatshare, but in the summer, only 2 of the roommates will be there. They are looking forward to interaction, especially because we have a large living room and a great balcony overlooking the courtyard.
