we used to be a five person shared flat but are now looking for a missing part. We are a dancing architect 26, a cycling mathematician 27 and a cooking laywer 27 and a humorous pedagogue 24 looking for a guitar playing comidian or a juggling psychologist. If you neither can play the guitar nor like to anlyse your flatmates; don´t worry as long as you are easy going you'd still be welcome :) We love cooking together, doing sports, watching football (Wiener Sportklub) or going out together. The apartment is definitely big enough so that everyone can have their own peace but we also all really enjoy living in a share flat and love to spend time together
We rent a partly furnished room from January 15. The room is 12 m² for 300 € all included . Our apartment is quite big (200 m2) with a large living/dining room, a cozy kitchen and a small balcony for the smokers.
the apartment is very central, in the 7th district, with a lot of bars, cafes and restaurants around the corner. It‘s just a 5 minutes walk to the u3 Zieglergasse and a 7 minutes walk to the u6 Westbahnhof.
we are looking for someone, who is open minded, easy-going, relaxed, and likes living in a shared flat. If you feel this applies to you, feel free to write something about yourself and your expectations of living together.

LiebeR WohnungssuchendeR,
wir, eine tanzende Architektin (26), ein radfahrender Mathematiker (27), eine kochende Juristin (27) und eine quirlige Pädagogin (24), suchen nach einem umgänglichen und unkomplizierten Menschen, der unsere 5er WG vervollständigt.
Die WG is groß genug (ca. 200m²), sodass man sich nicht nervt, aber wir sitzen auch gerne zusammen in der Küche, kochen viel zusammen, machen Sport, gemeinsam Party oder schauen Fußball (Wiener Sportklub).
Das Zimmer (frei ab 15.01) ist klein aber gemütlich (12qm für 300€ warm, mit Parkett, teilmöbliert), und ruhig (Fenster Richtung Innenhof).
Ansonsten haben wir in unserer schönen Altbauwohnung noch eine Küche (das Herzstück der Wohnung), ein Bad, ein Klo, einen großen Vorraum, den wir als Wohn- und Esszimmer benützen und einen kleinen Balkon.
Lage: die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, 4 min von der Mariahilfestraße und U3-Zieglergasse entfernt. 7 min zum Westbahnhof U6, somit alles in der Nähe, was man irgendwie brauchen könnte.

Einen Besichtigungstermin wird es voraussichtlich am 13.12 am Abend geben.
