wir sind eine sehr nette 4er WG (110m²) in einer sehr hübschen Wohnung (Jugendstilaltbau), die von uns sehr geschätz wird. Nun suchen wir eine/n neuen Mitbewohner/in, die/der gerne gemütlich mit uns zusammen wohnen möchte. Wir suchen eine Person mit WG Erfahrung (ohne Haustier), die auch Interesse für einen gemeinsam Austausch hat und verantwortungsvoll gegenüber der Wohnung bzgl. Sauberkeit und Instandhalten ist.
Das Zimmer ist 25m² groß, unmöbliert und ab 1. Juli 2019 beziehbar. In der Miete ist bereits alles inkludiert: Heizung, Strom, Internet, Haushaltsversicherung.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral! In 2 Minuten Nähe sind U1, U2, U4, die Akademie der bildenden Künste, die TU, der Naschmarkt und in 7 Minuten Nähe ist das Museumsquartier und viele Theater, Bars, Konzerthäuser etc.
Wir freuen uns, wenn du an unserer WG Interesse hast und uns persönlich (keine Skypetreffen) kennenlernen möchtest. Bitte kontaktiere uns (soso29atgmx.at) und schreib etwas über dich auch dazu.
Am Freitag 7. Juni ab späten Nachmittag /Abend haben wir drei Zeit und geben einen Besucher Abend. Bitte einkalkulieren, ob du uns besuchen kömmen könntest. Andere Kennenlerntermine können derzeit nicht ausgemacht werden.

We are looking for a new flatmate for our beautiful Jugendstil 4 person shared apartment right in the center of Vienna!
The room itself is 25m² and is available either furnished or unfurnished from July 1. It has large double windows, a very high ceiling, and herringbone wooden parket flooring. The room is offered as unfurnished; however, we have some simple furniture (mattress, desk, and bookshelf) that we can provide upon request.
The entire 110m² flat is located in a historic and well-maintained building and features a large renovated bathroom (bathtub, shower, two sinks, washing machine), an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and a small balcony.
The flat is very central, in one of the most trendy districts of Vienna. We are only a few minutes walk to the Karlsplatz station (U1, U2, U4 + many trams and busses) and are very close to the Naschmarkt and the pedestrian shopping street Mariahilfer Straße. The Technical University and Academy of Art are both right around the corner. Many of Vienna's major cultural attractions (Opera house, Musikverein, Theater an der Wien, Museumsquartier, Kunsthistorisches Museum) are within a 10 minute walk. Many of the buildings in this area, including ours, are built in the classic Viennese Jugendstil style.
In spite of being so central, our flat is remarkably quiet, as we are located on a small side street and have a very peaceful courtyard.
Our 4 person flat will be missing a flatmate from July 1. Could you be our new flatmate?
We are currently 3 women (25-42) well-established in our adult lives. We are all culturally active in our own ways and enjoy spending time together. We are looking for someone who, like us, prefers the shared-flat life to living alone! Our ideal new flatmate has experience living in shared apartments and can take responsiblity in terms of the shared cleaning and maintenance. We'd like to find an outgoing person who is interested in an exchange with us. Men and women are encouraged to apply - what is most important is finding a responsible and interesting person. Prior experience living in a shared flat is a must.
