Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 24m² , incl, großen Stauraum/begehbaren Kleiderschrank.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, im Herzen des 7. Bezirks und bietet dir sommit beste Infrastruktur( Straßenbahn 49, U3), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Neubaugasse, Mariahilferstraße), Uni Nähe, und alles was man sonst so braucht...
Die Miete beträgt 420 € ( inkl.Gas, Strom, Internet)
