Die große Altbau-Wohnung ist in drei getrennt begehbare Zimmer, zwei Badezimmer mit jeweils WCs drinnen: also uns ist kein Stau wegen WC oder Dusche bekannt :), eine gemütliche Küche eingeteilt . Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr hell, obwohl sie im ersten Stock liegt.
Wie auf den Fotos zu sehen enthält das Zimmer ein großes, stabiles Hochbett, wodurch weitere qm zur Verfügung stehen :) einen Schreibtisch,ein Schlafsofa, zwei Schranken und einen Nachttisch. Alles darfst du gerne benutzen. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet, also keine Ablöse oder derartige Kosten.

The room is located in old-building apartment. The flat has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and one cozy kitchen. Although flat is in the first floor it is bright.
As in photos it is shown, my room is fully furnished, with a big bed, sleeping sofa, one table, two wardrobes and one nightstand, what you can freely use.
Die Lage unserer WG könnte nicht besser sein: nur eine Minute von der U6 Station Thaliastraße, 10 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn 5, 46 bis Zentrum.

・Hofer und Billa in 5 Minuten
Die ganz coolen Bars im 7. sind auch zu Fuss zu erreichen. Zur Hauptuni oder zum UniCampus braucht man nur 8 min mit dem Fahrrad.

Jaime (Masterstudent aus Spanien) und Norbert, ich nenne ihn auch "Hausgeist", weil er viel arbeitet und selten zu Hause ist :) (er arbeitet als Koch) sind deine neuen Mitbewohner. Beide sind sehr unkompliziert, positiv,rücksichtsvoll, kochen gerne und bei Bedarf immer für ein Gespräch zu haben. Da aber Jaime im August nach Spanien zurückgeht, zieht in sein Zimmer Michelle(25 Jahre alt, studierte Psychologie, ab August macht sie dann Praktikum dann im AKH). Also du würdest die WG ab August mit Michelle und Jaime bewohnen :)
