Da ich Vater werde, wird mein geliebtes Zimmer in der 90qm großen Altbauwohnung quasi ab sofort frei. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, hat ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine extra Küche sowie ein großes Vorzimmer, geräumiges Bad mit Dusche und ein WC. Sie ist rauchfrei und ebenso Geschmack- wie liebevoll eingerichtet. Da dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner berufstätig (Lehrer) ist, suche ich auch eine/n NachmieterIn mit nicht mehr ganz so wildem WG-Party-Lifestyle und einem verantwortungsbewussten Wohnstil.
Ich würde gerne mein nahezu neues, 160m breites Holzbett (anderes als am Foto) zu einem fairen Preis in der Wohnung lassen.
Da ich Vollzeit berufstätig bin und keine Sammeltermine zur Wohnungsbesichtigung ausmachen möchte, bitte nur melden, wenn echtes Interesse besteht & die Wohnung leistbar ist.
