Das Zimmer ist ca. 16qm groß und ein Bett würde für eine kleine Ablöse im Zimmer stehen bleiben. Auch noch evt. ein paar andere Möbel gratis. Es ist wie gesagt ein Durchgangszimmer aber mit so einem Abtrenndings kann ma das ganz gut hinbekommen. In der Miete von 370 ist alles enthalten incl. Heizung und Wlan. Nur Strom kommt noch extra dazu. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon auf dem ma sich im Sommer gut bräunen kann.
Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Alles was ma braucht is ums Eck (Hofer,Billa,DM, Bipa, Spar). U6 Thaliastraße 5min entfernt. Andere Bus und Bim Verbindungen in 3min Fußweg erreichbar.
Das Wg leben is recht gechillt, ich komme aus Salzburg und bin demnach auch so manches Wochenende dort. Ich studiere Sport und Englisch auf Lehramt und bin am Abend immer für ein Bier oder einen Gläschen Wein zu haben.
