Wunderschönes und zentral begehbares 30m2 Zimmer in unserer 4er WG ist verfügbar. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Doppelbett, einem Stuhl, einem Couchtisch, einer Couch, einem Schrank, einer Lampe und 2 Nachttischen.
Es ist eine wunderschone 130m2 Wohnung im ersten Stock. Die Wohnung ist traditionelle Wiener mit Deckenfries und Parkettboden. Dazu kommt eine voll ausgestattete Küche (eine Waschmaschine, ein Geschirrspüler, ein Ofer und eine Mikrowelle), ein großer Gang, ein Großes Wohnzimmer (mit einer Couch, einem Tisch und einem Fernsehen), sowie ein Bad.
Bonus: Es gibt einen Innenhof, den sehr angenehm ist, wann das Wetter schön ist.

Hello ladies!
As I left my 4er WG, my 30 sqm room is available. The room is fully-furnished with a comfortable double bed, a chair, a table, a sofa, a closet, a lamp and 2 night tables.
It is a lovely 130 m2 apartment on the first floor. It is a typical Viennese style apartment with its ceiling mouldings and wooden floor. There are a fully equipped kitchen (with a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave), a huge living room with a sofa, a table, a tv and of course a bathroom.
Bonus: there is also a courtyard which is extremely enjoyable when the weather is nice.
Die Lage ist wirklich top! Die Wohnung liegt hinter dem Museumsquarter, in der 7. Bezirk. Mariahilfer Straße ist zu Fuß in weniger also 10 Minuten erreichbar :) So kannst du Bars, Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und alles, was du brauchst, zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichen.
Die nächste U-Bahn-Station Volkstheater (U2/U3), Bus- und Straßenbahnstation sind weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Deswegen kannst du schnell das Stadtzentrum und die Universitäten erreichen. :)

The flat is well-located next to the Museumsquartier, less than 10 minutes to Mariahilfer Straße by foot. Thus, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and basically everything you need can be reached in walking distance.
The nearest subway station U2/U3 Volkstheater, nearby bus and tram stops are less than 5 min walking distance. So, you can reach quickly the City Center and all main universities! :)

Du wirst die Wohnung mit 2 Mädchen und 1 Junge teilen. Sie sind 23-29 Jahre alt. Giuseppe arbeitet. Audrey arbeitet und studiert für ihre Master. Unsere neue Mitbewohnerin, die Anfang Oktober einziehen wird, studiert für ihre Phd.
Tiere sind nicht erwünscht (Tut uns leid, Tierfreunde). Es ist keine Party WG aber du kannst immer Freunde einladen. ;)
Rauchen ist in der Wohnung verboten.
Ein angenehmes Zusammenleben, Kommunikation und Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig.

Du bist ein Mädchen zwischen 22 und 30 Jahre alt.
Du möchtest in der WG mindestens 9 Monaten wohnen.

About your future roommates:
You will share the apartment with 2 girls & 1 boy. They are between 23-29 years old. Giuseppe works. Audrey works and studies for her master. Our new roommate who will come at the beginning of October will study for her Phd.
Pets are unwelcomed (sorry animal lovers). It isn't a party WG but you can still invite some friends over. ;)
It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.
An easygoing and nice atmosphere, communication and cleanliness are important to us. ;)
About you:
You are a girl between 22 and 30 years old.
You will stay for at least 9 months (the longer, the better).
Die Gesamtmiete (inkludiert Heizung, Strom und Internet) beträgt im Monat 680€.
Kaution: 2 Monatsmieten
