Zu vermieten ist ein in etwa 22 qm großes WG-Zimmer in einer 3er-WG in einer sanierten Altbauwohnung im 7. Bezirk für März und/oder April - wenn du nur für einen Teil des Zeitraumes an einer Miete interessiert wärst, melde dich doch einfach trotzdem und wir sehen, wie wir das regeln :-) .
Das Zimmer ist getrennt begehbar, hat ein Fenster auf die Straße und wird möbliert übergeben (ein Kleiderschrank für dich befindet sich außerdem im Abstellraum, durch den du durch gehst um ins Zimmer zu gelangen).
Außerdem gibt es ein großes Wohnzimmer, Vorzimmer, Abstellraum, Küche, Bad und Toilette.

For rent is one room, around 22 qm, in a shared, big flat (three people in total) with high ceilings in the 7th district. The room is for rent for March and/or April - if you are only interested to rent this room for a part of the time let me know, maybe we can find a solution nevertheless :-) .
The room can be entered separately and has one window. The room is for rent furnished (a closet for your clothes is in the storeroom).
The rest of the flat consists of a big shared living room, an entrance hall, storeroom, kitchen, bath room and toilet.

Die Lage ist kaum zu übertreffen :-) ! In zwei Gehminuten bist du bei der U-Bahnstation Volkstheater (U2, U3, 49er Straßenbahn), auch die Busse 13A und 48A sind nur eine Gehminute entfernt.
Vor der Haustüre befindet sich eine City Bike Station, dein Fahrrad kannst du im Innenhof abstellen.
Hauptuni Wien und TU Wien sind in zwei U-Bahnstationen erreicht (oder 12 Gehminuten), bis zur WU sind es 6 Stationen (oder 18 Fahrradminuten, wenn alle Ampeln grün sind).
Alle gängigen Geschäfte sind in Gehweite (Hofer/Aldi, Spar, DM, Bipa, Apotheke, Post, ...).
Der 7. Bezirk ist bunt und auf der Straße ist immer was los! Es mangelt nicht an Bars, Restaurants und Geschäften. Das Museumsquartier und die Mariahilferstraße sind quasi ums Eck, genauso wie der Burggarten oder der Volksgarten - besonders schön im Frühling.

Great and very central location in the colorful 7th district that is full of bars, restaurants and shops. It takes you only 2 minutes to the next subway station Volkstheater (U2, U3 and 49 tram) and to the next bus stop (13A and 48A).
The University of Vienna and the Technical University of Vienna (TU Wien) are two metro stops away, to the University of Economics and Business Administration (WU Wien) it is 6 stops - biking takes about 18 minutes :-) .
Supermarkets and everything else you might need are just around the corner.

Wir, Marcel (24) und Jerome (27), studieren beide und betrachten diese Wohnung als unseren ruhigen und gemütlichen Rückzugsort. Außerdem ist uns wichtig, sich um Sauberkeit in der Wohnung zu bemühen und harmonisch zusammen zu leben.
