Ich vermiete mein 25m² Zimmer im 7. Bezirk vom 1. Juli 2019 bis zum 1 März oder 1 Februar 2020, da ich meinen Erasmus in Madrid antreten werde, möchte ich jemanden ermöglichen, an diesem Zimmer und der 150m² Altbauwohnung Freude zu finden. Das Zimmer liegt an der Sonnenseite der Wohnung, wodurch du dich an den morgendlichen Sonnenstrahlen erfreuen kannst. Natürlich sind auch verdunkelnde Vorhänge vorhanden. Du wirst in Wien keine bessere Lage finden, um im Zentrum zu sein, oder deine Freizeit zu gestalten. Die Wohnung liegt in der Neustiftgasse und viele Verbindungsmöglichkeiten überallhin sind vorhanden. Auch das Volkstheater ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Zimmer inkludiert alles was man braucht und noch mehr. Ein sehr bequemes Bett, einen großen Spiegel, Arbeitsplatz mit Drucker, einen 70“ Smart TV, sowie Nintendo Wii U und Ps4, was natürlich alles benutzt werden darf. Ich würde sagen, der perfekte Rückzugsort. Zusätzlich enthält die Wohnung ein Ankleidezimmer, und eine größere Abstellkammer, wodurch genug Stauraum für deine Kleidung, oder Sonstiges vorhanden ist. Der hofseitige Balkon ermöglicht dir gemütlich runterzukommen, oder einfach eine zu rauchen. Zusätzlich gibt es ein großes Wohnzimmer, was perfekt für ein gemeinsames Wohnen ist. Die Miete beträgt alles inkludiert 550 Euro pro Monat. Gerne lernen wir dich kennen.
