Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Lerchenfelder Gürtel, bei der U6 Station "Thaliastraße". Außerdem gibt es noch die Straßenbahnen 2, 5, 46 und den Bus 48A in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Westbahnhof ist nur 2 U-Bahn Stationen entfernt. Auch in der Nacht kommt man mit der Linie N46 sicher nach Hause.

Für Einkäufe gibt es in Gehweite Hofer und BILLA, sowie Drogeriemärkte BIPA und dm in der Thaliastraße (Querstraße). Die "Lugner City" mit mehreren Geschäften ist ebenfalls in der Nähe (8 Minuten zu Fuß).

Die Uni Wien (Straßenbahn 2) und BOKU (U6 und 40A) sind sehr schnell von der Wohnung aus erreichbar.

Freizeittechnisch gibt es am Gürtel viele Ausgehmöglichkeiten wie Auslage, Loop, Kramladen und Weberknecht in unmittelbarer Nähe (5 Gehminuten).

The apartment is located directly on Lerchenfelder Gürtel, across the U6 station "Thaliastraße". In addition, tram 2, 5 and 46 and bus no. 48A can be reached within a few minutes walk, while bus no. N46 will bring you home safely at night, when all other public transport is shut down for the day. Westbahnhof train station is only two subway stations away.

Many shops are located in walking distance: Hofer and Billa (for groceries), BIPA and dm (for sanitary products, cosmetics). You can reach the next shopping mall (Lugner City) within 8 minutes by foot.

Tram 2 or 5 will take you to University of Vienna/Campus, while a short trip with U6 and 40A will take you to BOKU University.

The Gürtel is known for its many bars, clubs and party locations; a few such as Kramladen, Auslage, Loop or Weberknecht can be reached within walking distance.

Maja und Paula sind beide Studentinnen aus Oberösterreich und wohnen schon seit einigen Jahren in Wien. 2018 haben sie beschlossen, eine WG zu gründen! Da die Wohnung aber für die beiden zu groß ist, hätten sie gerne noch eine dritte Person in ihren neuen Vier Wänden :)

Maja studiert Anglistik im Bachelor (Uni Wien) und ist im Juli mit dem Studium fertig. Paula studiert Umwelt- und Bioressourcenmanagement (BOKU) im Master. Da uns beiden die Umwelt sehr wichtig ist, achten wir auch darauf, das in unserem Alltag einzubauen. Gemeinsam schauen wir gerne Serien (wir haben Netflix 🙌), diskutieren diese dann bei einem Bier mit Freunden am Gürtel, entspannen im Sommer am Donaukanal oder verzweifeln wegen Lernstress auf der Bibliothek. Hin und wieder werden polnische Spezialitäten und Kuriositäten in der Küche gezaubert, da unsere Vorfahren aus dem Norden kommen.

Maja and Paula are both students from Upper Austria and have already spent a couple of years in Vienna. 2018 they decided to move in together, but since the apartment is a little bit too big for just the two of them, they decided to look for a third flatmate.

Maja studies English and American Studies (Uni Vienna) and will finish her bachelor degree in July. Paula studies Environment and Bio-Resources Management (BOKU) at master's level. We are both two very environmentally aware people and try to do our part for a healthy planet. Together we binge-watch on Netflix or Amazon Prime, go for drinks with friends on Gürtel, sunbathe on Donaukanal in summer or despair over exams at library. In order to pay homage to our northern ancestors, we work magic in the kitchen (pierogis is all we have to say).

Die Kaution beträgt 200€. Bei Auszug bekommst du natürlich die Kaution wieder zurück, wenn alles passt!

Bezüglich Mietdauer können wir gerne genaueres besprechen! Je nach Bedarf (Prüfungen, Übergangsphase...), können wir dir gerne mit Einzugs-/Auszugstermin entgegenkommen. Jedoch zieht ab Juli ein Freund von uns ein, weshalb das Zimmer nur befristet ist.

You will have to pay 200€ as a deposit, which means you will get the money back when you move out, so no worries there :)

Regarding your move-in/move-out date, we are always willing to discuss any options and will try to accommodate your wishes.
