Ca 15m2 grosses Zimmer, hofseitig in den grünen Innenhof, sehr zentral gelegen, Holzparkett, Ruhig, Erdgeschoss, aber nicht barrierefrei zugänglich, Nähe Museumsquartier. Miete ist 350 euro, Kaution sind 3 Monatsmieten. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert, ist auch kein Problem wenn Möbel nicht im Zimmer bleiben sollen. Die Raumaufteilung der Wohnung ist eher ungewöhnlich, das Bad ist ein Durchgangszimmer ist. In der Wohnung ist kein Geschirrspüler, aber eine Waschmachine, eine Badewanne und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

~ 15m² room, facing the green yard, quiet, ground floor but not wheelchair accessible, centrally located, close to Museumquartier. 350 euros per month, all included, besides internet (there is none at this time). The Caution is 3 months rent (negotiable). The room is partially furnitured, the furniture can be removed if wanted.
The room arrangement is rather unusual because the bath room is a walk through room.
There is no electric dish washer, but there is a washing mashine, a well equiped kitchen and a bathtub.
Zusammenleben
Ich wohne gerne zusammen mit Menschen die auch einen alternativeren Lebensstil haben, also Menschen die ökologisch, sozial, kritisch denken und nicht rücksichtlos konsumieren, wegschmeissen, herumfliegen, usw.
Tendenziell passend sind Personen: die keinen übertriebenen Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit legen, die mit offener und direkter Kommunikation zurecht kommen und die über kein starkes Besitzdenken verfügen, und draußen rauchen.
Wichtig ist mir, dass wir in keiner Zweckgemeinschaft zusammenleben, sondern solidarisch und in einer guten Balance zwischen „Türe zu und Ruhe haben“ und gemeinsam Zeit verbringen.
Bin selber Mitte 30 und würde tendenziell auch jemanden preferieren der nicht sehr jung ist.
Ich bin in sozialen, kulturellen und ökologischen Bereichen tätig.
Living together
I‘d like to live with people who also have a more alternative lifestyle, meaning people who thing eccological, social and crititical and who don‘t consume, throw away things, fly around, ect. recklessly.
Suitable would be people who: don‘t excessivly value order and cleaningness, can handle open and direct communication, like to share things and smoke outdoor only.
It‘s important to have a good and solidary based sharing of the flat, also meaning to have a good balance between closing the door and being alone, and spending time together.
I am in my thirtees and would prefer someone who isn‘t very young.
I m active in the social, cultural and ecological field.
