Da ich am ersten Juli-Wochenende ausziehe, wird mein schönes Zimmer in der lieben Hermanngassen-WG mitten im 7. Bezirk frei! Das Zimmer ist ca. 18qm groß und wird unmöbliert übergeben. Die Miete ist 385€ warm, also für den Bezirk und die Zimmergröße eigentlich ein Schnäppchen :) Ich hätte aber gerne 70€ Ablöse für ein Regal und einen tapezierten Vintage-Sessel, der eigentlich sehr hochwertig ist.

I am moving out of the beautiful Hermanngasse flat during the 1st weekend of July. The apartment is in the 7th district of Vienna, which is extremely central and cool. The room is around 18 square meters and it will be mainly unfurnished. The rent is 385eur all inclusive, which is actually a bargain for this district and the size of the room / apartment :) I would like to have 70€ for a shelf and a vintage tapestry chair that I am leaving behind.

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner wären: Pino (Hauptmieter), Rapha, Marvin, Sarah, Santiago. Alle sind extrem chillig und lustig und studieren oder arbeiten schon, hauptsächlich in kreativen Bereich. Es ist keine Zweck-WG, natürlich kann man spontan abends ein Glas Wein zusammen in der Küche trinken, aber man hat natürlich auch seine Ruhe. Sie freuen sich alle, dich kennenzulernen!

Your future flatmates are: Pino (main tenant), Rapha, Marvin, Sarah, Santiago. They are all easy going and uncomplicated and either study or work, mainly in creative fields. You can of course have a glas of wine with them spontaneously in the evening, but you will also have your space and be unbothered. They are all looking forward to meet you!
Es gibt eine Badewanne und die Möglichkeit, im Badezimmer das Licht zu dimmen! Darüber hinaus gibt es 2 Klos, eins davon sogar mit Spüle. Die Küche ist groß und gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Sandwichmaker etc :)
Es gibt auch einen Garten, wo man im Sommer draußen chillen kann.

There is a bathtub in the bathroom and you also have the option to dim the lights! Also there are 2 toilets, one of which has its own sink. The kitchen is big and bright and has everything you need: washing machine, dishwasher, sandwichmaker etc.
There is also a garden where you can chill in summer.
