In unserer 2er WG wird ab Mitte Jänner oder Anfang Februar ein 20m2 Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei! Du solltest mindestens 1 Monat bleiben, insgesamt ist das Zimmer für 6 Monate zu vergeben (also bis ca Juli 2018).
Zur Wohnung: Es handelt sich um eine sehr nette 70m2 Dachgeschosswohnung im 16. Bezirk nahe der Ottakringer Brauerei bestehend aus einer Wohnküche, 2 Zimmern, Bad und Klo (getrennt).
Zum Zimmer: Im Moment ist das Zimmer möbliert (Bett, Scheibtisch, Kasten, Sofa, Couchtisch, etc.) und kann bei Bedarf auch so übernommen werden. Wenn du eigene Möbel hast kann das Zimmer aber auch gerne teil- oder unmöbliert vergeben werden. Das können wir uns ausmachen.
Zu uns: Wir wohnen hier seit 2 Jahren recht zufrieden zusammen. Johanna wird jetzt aus der Arbeitslosigkeit in die Karrierewelt in eine anderen Stadt umziehen, daher wird auch das Zimmer frei. Stefan ist Wohnbetreuer bei der Caritas Wien und ist auf der Suche nach einer neuen Person die die Wohnung mit ihm teilt. Wir sind keine Zweck-Wg, hocken aber auch nicht die ganze Zeit aufeinander – vielmehr geht es um ein nettes und respektvolles Miteinander wohnen bei dem auch Rückzug eingeplant ist. Wenn wir darauf Lust haben sitzen wir manchmal bei einer Flasche Wein und einer Zigarette zusammen und erzählen uns was so bei uns abgeht.
Zu den Kosten: Das Zimmer kostet alles inklusive (Miete, Betriebskosten, Heizung, Internet) 400Euro im Monat.

In our 2 room apartment one 20m2 room will be available! You could move in in the middle of January or the beginning of February. You should stay at least 1 month, generally the room will be available until July 2018.
The apartment: It is a 70m2 apartment in the 16th district, near Ottakringer Brauerei with an open planed kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separated toilet.
The room: Right now the room is furnished (bed, table, wardrobe, couch, etc.) and you could use them if needed. If you have your own stuff the room can also be empty, we can talk about what would work best!
About us: We have been living in this apartment for two years now and are very happy here. Johanna leaves to work in another city so her room will be free. Stefan works at Caritas Wien and is searching for a nice person to live with. We are not living together because it is convenient, we like to sit in the kitchen over wine and cigarettes and talk about our day but also give each other to our needed alone time.
Costs: All inclusive (rent, heat, internet) the place costs 400Euro per month.
