Da unsere liebe Mitbewohnerin auszieht, wird ab Mitte September ein 20 m2 großes und komplett möbliertes Zimmer in unserer Mädels-WG in Ottakring frei. Unsere Wohnung ist eine renovierte Altbauwohnung, welche verkehrstechnisch günstig (Line 44 hält direkt vor der Haustüre und fährt bis Schottentor, Linie 2 , U3 in ca 7 Gehminuten erreichbar) und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu zahlreichen Heurigen (die 10er Marie - einer der ältesten Heurigen Wiens ist gleich ums Eck) sowie dem Naherholungsgebiet Wilhelminenberg gelegen ist. Unsere Wohnung ist im letzten Stock des Gebäudes gelegen und sehr hell. Durch die ostseitige Ausrichtung des Zimmers kann man sich besonders im Sommer von der Morgensonne wecken lassen.
Since our dearest flatmate will move out, we are looking for a new female tenant for a fully furnished 20 m2 room to join our girls-only shared flat in Ottakring from mid of September. Strategically located in terms of public transportation (the tram 44 stops in front of the building, tram 2 and U3 are within walking distance) and close to many traditional 'Heurigen' (one of the oldest ones -10er Marie is around the corner) as well as the Wilhelminenberg (great for cycling, running or a picnic). Our flat is on the last floor of a three storey building and extremely light-flooded.
Unsere WG ist keine reine Zweck-WG, sondern wir schätzen gemeinsames Essen und Gespräche in der Küche, WG- Ausflüge und einfach das Zusammenleben. Natürlich hat auch jeder den Freiraum sich mal zurückzuziehen. Besonders da wir beide berufstätig sind, ist unsere Wohnung für uns auch ein Ruhepol nach der Arbeit. Die Zeiten wilder WG-Parties sind vorbei, aber wir genießen schon auch gerne mal ein Gläschen Wein am Abend. Wilde Partynächte haben wir gegen einen netten Abend bei einem der zahlreichen Heurigen in der Umgebung, ein Eis oder gemeinsame sportliche Aktivitäten am Wochenende getauscht.
Sharing a flat is more than only saving money, but really appreciating each other's company in the evening while cooking or chatting in our kitchen, going for a run and simply exchanging our thoughts. Of course, everyone is given the freedom to close the door for privacy. As we are both working, we enjoy the calmness of our flat after a busy day at work. Long gone are the nights of wild parties, but we still value a fine glas of wine in the evening. We have exchanged wild party nights for a comfy evenings at Heurigen, going for an ice cream or joint sportive activities on the weekend.
Noch kurz ein paar Worte zu deinen zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen. Wir sind beide sehr aktiv (sportlich und kulturell), international ausgerichtet (längere Auslandsaufenthalte), berufstätig und Mitte Zwanzig.
Wenn du dich durch unsere Anzeige angesprochen fühlst und gerne unser Trio komplementieren möchtest, würden wir uns über eine E-Mail () mit ein paar Infos über dich sehr freuen. Wir sind auch sehr aufgeschlossen, jedoch handelt es sich um eine reine Mädels-WG, weshalb wir Nachrichten von männlichen Kandidaten leider nicht beantworten können.

We are both quite active (sports and cultural activities), with an international mindset (we have both lived abroad before), young-professionals in our mid-Twenties.
