Ich vermiete mein 10qm Zimmer für (mindestens) zwei Semester, da ich ins Ausland (ERASMUS) gehe. Das Zimmer wird deshalb möbliert übergeben. Die Wohnung liegt im 2 1/2 Obergeschoss in einem sanierten Altbau (Fenster dichten gut ab ;)) und ist sehr hell. Da das Zimmer annähernd quadratisch ist und eine hohe Decke hat, wirkt es größer als es tatsächlich ist ;). Im Zimmer befinden sich ein 140x200er Bett, ein Schrank, ein geräumiger Schreibtisch und ein IKEA Billy Regal. Wir haben eine Waschmaschine, eine Spülmaschine (yey kein Geschirr selbst abwaschen!), einen ganz gut funktionierenden Putzplan und sogar eine Badewanne.
307€ / Monat "all inclusive" - also mit Strom/Gas, WLAN usw.
Einzugsdatum kann flexibel ausgemacht werden!
