Im Zeitraum September 2018 bis Februar 2019 suche ich ein/e Zwischenmieter/in für mein möbliertes 18qm-Zimmer in einer 2er-WG in der Hasnerstraße, Ottakring (16.), gesucht. Das WG-Zimmer ist Teil einer 70qm-Altbau-Wohnung, welche du dir mit Verena (22), einer charmanten, steirischen Medienschaffenden, teilen wirst.
Das Zimmer wartet mit klassischen, Altbau-Stilelementen auf: Fischgrätpartkett, hohe Räume und große Fenster. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht und auf Gemütlichkeit ausgerichtet. Ein Fernseher ist vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind getrennt begehbar.
Bei der Wohnung ist ihre Helligkeit hervorzuheben. Die Wohnküche lädt zum Verweilen und Tratschen ein.

During the period of September 2018 - February 2019, I sublet my fully-furnished room in a 2-person flat share in Vienna's 16th district Ottakring. You will share the flat with Verena (22), a charming radio journalist from Styria. The rooms can be entered separately.
Your room awaits you with the classic Viennese living amenities: iconic parquet floors, high ceiling rooms and large windows. TV is available. Wifi is included in the monthly rent.
Öffentliche Transportmittel sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar: U3/S45-Station Ottakring, 46er-Station Schumeierplatz, 44er-Station Familienplatz, 10A-Station Hasnerstraße, sowie 12A-Station Auf der Schmelz.
Die Wohnung liegt in Gehdistanz zu den geläufigen Nahversorgern wie Billa, Lidl, DM und dem Bio-Supermarkt denns.
Nicht unweit befindet sich zudem der lebhafte Yppenplatz, dessen Lokale zum Debattieren und Sinnieren einladen.

The flat is in short walking distance to several public transport links: Metro U3 Ottakring, Tram 46 Schumeierplatz, Tram 44 Familienplatz, Bus 10A Hasnerstraße, Bus 12A Auf der Schmelz.
Supermarkets (Billa, Lidl, DM, Bio supermarket deens) are just a stone's throw away. There's a farmers market every Fri & Sat at Yppenplatz, where you can also find plenty of beer and coffee drinking spots.
Deine Mitbewohnerin Verena ist gesellig-fröhlich, mit Feingespür für die Lebenswelten anderer. Das führt zu einem harmonischen Zusammenleben, wo sowohl der Raum zur eigenen Entfaltung, als auch der bereichernde Austausch, wertgeschätzt wird.

Verena, your flatmate, is a pretty laid-back, open-minded person, always in a good mood and up for a chat or a glass of wine. At the same time of course she respects your private space and life.
Die Mietkosten betragen 450 Euro pro Monat inkl. aller Nebenkosten wie Strom, Heizung, WLAN. Kaution sind 2 Monatsmieten (900 Euro).
