Since I am going in vacations, I am renting my big furnished room.
The flat is clean and well equipped: washing machine, dishwasher and even a robot vacuum cleaner!
A new roommate will also come In September. Lisa-Marie is from Germany, she is studying Medicine and will start an internship at the Hanusch Hospital.
The renting period is for the month of September only.

Da ich im Sommer verreise, vermiete ich mein schönes Zimmer.
Es verfügt über ein gemütliches Doppelbett, eine weiche Couch, einen großen Schreibtisch, eine Kleiderstange sowie ein Regal und eine Kommode. Du hast zwei große Fenster im Zimmer sowie viele Pflanzen. Wlan funktioniert super gut, die Küche ist ebenfalls gut equipped. Ebenfalls eine Yoga-Matte falls Interesse.
Außerdem kannst du dein Zimmer abschließen, falls du möchtest, da du dir die Wohnung teilst.

Verkehrstechnisch ist sie gut angebunden. Du brauchst ca. 15 Minuten am Ring. Straßenbahnen 46, 9, 2 sowie Bus 48A sind gleich um die Ecke, U-Bahn Station U3 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. U6 Thaliastraße ist 3 Straßenbahnstationen oder 20 Gehminuten entfernt. Außerdem ist am Gürtel (U6 Station) eine Citybike-Station, falls du dir eines nehmen möchtest um besser herumzukommen in der Stadt.
In September kommt Lisa-Marie, eine Medizinstudentin aus Deutschland, die ein Praktikum im Hanusch-Krankenhaus anfangen wird.
Bestimmt wirst du eine angenehme Zeit hier verbringen können & schöne Erinnerung sammeln!
