Es wurde stets ein offener, respektvoller und entspannter Umgang miteinander gepflegt und das soll auch so bestehen bleiben. Daher gibt es keine strikten Anforderungen, du solltest nur nicht komplett unsozial sein - jedoch ist es auch kein Problem, wenn du einfach in deinem Zimmer sein willst.
Das Zimmer ist in einer 4er WG mit Ronja (22) und Chris (28), beide studieren, sind immer hilfsbereit, entspannt und ruhig, aber auch nie um ein gutes Gespräch oder bspw. einen netten Spieleabend verlegen.
Alles für den täglichen Bedarf ist in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Das Fenster zeigt zu einer Nebenstraße, von der man tagsüber sehr wenig und Nachts eigentlich garnichts hört. Von den Nachbarn hört man ebenfalls nichts.
Ein besonderer Comfortfaktor is dein eigenes Badezimmer, das nur über dein Zimmer begehbar ist. Der Boden ist echtholz Parkett.
Das Zimmer wird leer übergeben.
Es gibt außerdem ein großes Wohnzimmer mit großem Fernseher (Netflix, Youtube, etc.) 2 Toiletten, noch ein weiteres Badezimmer, einen kleinen Balkon (begehbar vom Wohnzimmer aus) und eine separate Küche, die alles zur Verfügung stellt, was für normale bis erweiterte Kochkünste benötigt wird. Für das gesamte Haus gibt es im Erdgeschoss ein absperrbaren Fahrradraum.
Besichtigungen sind am 12.9, 13.9 und ab dem 18.9 möglich.

It was always a respectfull, open and relaxed atmosphere in the flat and that should be retained. Thats why there are no strict conditions about you but you shouldnt be completely unsocial - however, it is really no problem if you simply want to stay in your room.
The Room is part of a shared flat with 4 persons, Ronja (22) and Chris (28), both students, always helpful, relaxed and quiet but never to shy for a good talk or a nice games night.
Everything for the daily need is available by in a 5 min walk. The window is facing a byroad wherefrom you wont hear a lot durring the day and almost nothing at night. You wont hear any noise from the neighbours neither.
A special comfort is your own bathroom which is accesable only via your room. The floor is real wood parquet.
The room will be forwarded empty.
Furthermore, there is a big living room with a big TV (Netflix, Youtube, etc.), 2 toilets, an additional bathroom, a small balcony (accessible from the living room) and a kitchen that offers everyhting what mediocre and advanced cooking skills need. There is also a cellar for bikes (shared for the building) in the ground floor.
Visits can be done 12.9, 13.9 and from the 18.9 on.
