Das Zimmer ist 8 m2 groß, gut geschnitten, mit Fenster zur Straße, welche sehr ruhig ist. Gegenüber befindet sich eine Grundschule.
Ich würde das Zimmer von 1. Juli bis 3. August um 200 € (warm) vermieten, Einrichtung ist vorhanden.
Zudem wäre es super lieb, wenn du meine Pflanzen gießen könntest! :D

The room ist 8sqm, from the window you can see the street, which is very quiet. On the opposite there is a primary school.
I would rent out my room from 1st of Juli until 3rd of August. The room is fully furnished.
It would be super nice of you, if you could water my plants in this month! :D
Unsere WG liegt 10 min entfernt von der U-Bahn Station Thaliastraße. Spar und Billa befinden sich gleich vor dem Haus. Die Lugner-City und Stadthalle, sowie 48A Bus sind ca. 5 bis 10 min entfernt. 9er und 46er Straßenbahn sind auch in nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Den Brunnenmarkt erreichst du in ca. 10 bis 15 Gehminuten.

From our flat you need 10 min to the metro station "Thaliastraße". Spar and billa are directly in front of the house. Lugner city and city hall, bus station 48a are 5 - 10 min away. Tram 9 and 46 are also just a few minutes away. You can go to "Brunnenmarkt" in 10 - 15 min.
In unserer Wg leben normal Sultan, Valerie und ich (Carolin). Da Sultan im Juli auch weg sein wird, vermietet er ebenfalls sein Zimmer für dieses Monat. Also wirst du mit Valerie und noch einen anderen Mann zusammenleben. Wir sind alle unkomplizierte und nette Persönlichkeiten. Es wäre cool wenn dir ein offenes und solidarisches Miteinander genauso wichtig ist wie uns!

Normally we are three people: Sultan, Valerie and me (Carolin). Sultan will be also away in July and has rented out his room for this month as well. So you will live with Valerie and another man. We are all uncomplicated and happy persons. It would be nice if you are also an open and relaxed person!
