Hellooo :) Wir sind Anna und Johanna und suchen zwei neue Mitbewohnis für unsere schöne Wohnung in Ottakring!
Leider verlässt uns unsere Hauptmieterin Martina Anfang August, um nach dem Studium eine große Afrikareise anzutreten. Deshalb suchen wir auch eine Person, die die Hauptmiete übernimmt, weil wir sie leider nicht übernehmen können. Die Aufgaben (z.B. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter) würden wir uns aber trotzdem teilen. Mit dem Vermieter haben wir ein gutes Verhältnis, er kümmert sich auch immer rasch, falls mal Reparaturen in der Wohnung anstehen.
Neben Martina verlässt uns Anfang Juli auch Nils, da seine Zwischenmiete und seine Zeit in Wien enden.
Die beiden frei werdenden Zimmer sind ca. 20 und 24 qm groß. Nils Zimmer ist 20 qm groß und nach Westen ausgerichtet. Es bietet aus luftiger Höhe im dritten Stock einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den Wilhelminenberg und den großen, grünen Platz (mit Spielplatz) vor der Haustür. Es ist ab 1. Juli frei und kostet derzeit 460€.
Martinas Zimmer ist mit 24 qm auch das größte Zimmer der WG. Es ist ein Eckzimmer mit zwei großen Fenstern und tollem Ausblick Richtung Süden und Westen. Man hat also fast den ganzen Tag Sonnenschein. Es ist ab 1. August frei und kostet derzeit 470€.
Alle Zimmer in der Wohnung sind getrennt begehbar, den ganzen Tag über sehr hell und bieten einen schönen Weitblick.
Bei der Wohnung handelt sich um einen sanierten Altbau im dritten Stock (leider ohne Lift), wodurch die Decken angenehm hoch sind. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über einen großen Vorraum mit Couch, Küche (inkl. Spülmaschine), Bad und separatem WC. Das Haus hat einen grünen Innenhof, der sehr gepflegt ist und in dem man sehr gut entspannen kann. Dort steht auch unser Grill. Kellerabteil und Fahrradständer im Hof, aber auch vorm Haus, sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Hellooo :) We are Anna and Johanna and we are looking for two new flatmates for our beautiful apartment in Ottakring!
Unfortunately, our main tenant Martina is leaving us at the beginning of August to embark on a big trip to Africa after finishing her studies. Therefore, we are also looking for someone to take over the main lease because we cannot take it over ourselves. However, we would still share responsibilities (e.g., communication with the landlord). We have a good relationship with the landlord, and he is always quick to address any repairs needed in the apartment.
In addition to Martina, Nils is also leaving us at the beginning of July as his sublease and his time in Vienna are ending.
The two available rooms are approximately 20 and 24 square meters in size. Nils's room is 20 square meters and faces west. It offers a fantastic view of Wilhelminenberg and the large, green square (with a playground) right outside the door from its airy height on the third floor. It is available from July 1st and currently costs €460.
Martina's room, at 24 square meters, is also the largest room in the shared flat. It is a corner room with two large windows and a great view to the south and west. So, it gets sunshine almost all day. It is available from August 1st and currently costs €470.
All rooms in the apartment are separately accessible, very bright throughout the day, and offer a beautiful panoramic view.
The apartment is located in a renovated old building on the third floor (unfortunately, without an elevator), which means the ceilings are pleasantly high. Additionally, the apartment has a large entrance hall with a couch, kitchen (including dishwasher), bathroom, and separate toilet. The house has a communa garden, which is well-maintained and a great place to relax. Our grill is also located there. There is also a cellar compartment and bicycle stands in the garden, as well as in front of the house.

Wir wohnen direkt an der U3 und der sehr unterschätzten S45. Von hier aus sind alle Unis in circa 20-30 Minuten gut zu erreichen und auch nachts kommt man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut wieder heim :)
Auch sämtliche Supermärkte, Banken, Drogeriegeschäfte, Libro, Post etc. sind in fußläufiger Nähe vorhanden.
Ebenfalls sehr gut zu Fuß, mit dem Rad oder Bus sind der Wilhelminenberg und die Steinhofgründe zu erreichen, wo es perfekt ist, um in der Natur zu entspannen oder spazieren zu gehen. Das Uni-Sportzentrum Schmelz ist entweder mit einer Busstation oder 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Und über die fahrradfreundliche Hasnerstraße kommt man schnell zum Gürtel!
Generell liegt die Wohnung in einer schönen und ruhigen Lage und auch die Nachbarn sind freundlich und akzeptieren die eine oder andere Party bis in die frühen Morgenstunden :)

We live right next to the U3 subway line and the often underestimated S45 train. From here, all universities can be easily reached in about 20-30 minutes, and even at night, it's easy to get back home using public transportation :)
All supermarkets, banks, drugstores, Libro, post office, etc. are also within walking distance.
Wilhelminenberg and Steinhofgründe are also easily accessible by foot, bike, or bus, perfect for relaxing in nature or going for a walk. The University Sports Center Schmelz can be reached either by bus or a 15-minute walk. And via the bike-friendly Hasnerstraße you can quickly get to Gürtel!
Overall, the apartment is situated in a beautiful and quiet location, and the neighbors are friendly and also accept a occasional party :)
Anna (34), studiert Raumplanung und Soziale Arbeit, und arbeitet in der Wohnungslosenhilfe. Sie ist politisch aktiv, radelt tagtäglich in der Stadt herum, hat aus ihrem Zimmer eine Bibliothek gemacht und die beste vollautomatische Kaffeemaschine mitgebracht. Manchmal verzweifelt sie an der (welt-)politischen Lage, schafft es aber trotzdem, sich ihren Idealismus und ein bisschen Hoffnung zu bewahren.
Johanna (26) studiert Psychologie und probiert Zuhause gerne neue vegane & vegetarische Gerichte aus. Am Wochenende geht sie auf den ein oder anderen Rave, in (queere) Bars oder ist in der Natur unterwegs. Mit all den Instrumenten in ihrem Zimmer könnte man eine Band gründen. Die spielt sie aber meist eh nur mit Kopfhörern, du brauchst dir also keine Sorgen um deinen Schlaf machen!
Wir suchen zwei neue Personen, die schon WG-Erfahrung mitbringen und längerfristig bleiben möchten. Bevorzugen würden wir Flinta-Personen, offen sind wir aber für alle, Hauptsache es passt :)
Da sich die WG zu einem großen Teil neu zusammensetzt, sind wir offen für neue Ideen, die Wohnung zu gestalten. So ist etwa eines unserer Langzeitprojekte die Gestaltung der Wände im Flur. Außerdem überlegen wir uns immer wieder neue Ideen zur des Vorraums, um ihn zum gemütlichen Abhängen nutzen zu können.
Wir halten die geteilten Räume gern ordentlich und haben dafür einen klassischen Putzplan. Außerdem teilen wir einige unserer Lebensmittel (z.B. Hafermilch, Zwiebeln, Kartoffeln etc.) und sind hier auch offen für Ideen und neue Abmachungen :) Auch bei der (Neu-)Gestaltung des WG-Lebens sind wir grundsätzlich offen, bevorzugen aber definitiv ein gutes Miteinander und wir verbringen gerne WG-Abende zusammen. Trotzdem bekommt jede Person bei uns natürlich genug Rückzugsraum und Zeit für sich :)
Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt, es kann aber direkt vor der Wohnungstür im Hausflur aus dem Fenster raus geraucht werden.

Anna (34) is studying Urban Planning and Social Work while working in a homeless shelter. She is politically active, likes to cycle around the city daily, has turned her room into a library, and brought along the best fully automatic coffee machine. Sometimes she despairs at the (world) political situation but manages to maintain her idealism and a bit of hope nonetheless.
Johanna (26) is studying Psychology and enjoys trying out new vegan and vegetarian dishes at home. On weekends, she attends the occasional rave, visits (queer) bars, or explores nature. With all the instruments in her room, you could start a band, but she mostly plays them with headphones, so you don't need to worry about your sleep!
We're looking for two new people who already have experience living in a shared apartment and who plan to stay long-term. We prefer Flinta persons, but we are open to everyone as long as it fits :)
Since the composition of the flatshare is largely new, we're open to new ideas for decorating the apartment. One of our long-term projects, for example, is decorating the walls in the hallway. Additionally, we're always brainstorming new ideas for the entrance area to make it a cozy hangout spot.
We like to keep the shared spaces tidy and have a classic cleaning schedule for that. We also share some of our groceries (e.g., oat milk, onions, etc.) and are open to ideas and new arrangements in that regard :) When it comes to (re)shaping the flatshare life, we're generally open-minded but definitely prefer a good sense of community, and we enjoy spending evenings together. Nonetheless, each person gets enough space and time for themselves :)
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but it can be done directly outside the apartment door in the hallway, out of the window.

Falls du dir vorstellen kannst die Hauptmiete zu übernehmen, schreib das auch gerne gleich dazu.
